The building is modern with good access, lift and underground parking. The neighbours are friendly, quiet and try their best to look after the building and communal spaces such as the courtyard, parking and corridors. Overall I was very satisfied with everything.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet neighborhood, excellent location with lots of amenities and close to city centre. Clean with convenient parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was very easy to raise issues via FlexiFlo ans all issues were responded to promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can't think of anything. All information was given.

Very good location close to shops

Back gate never works with my key and is sometimes out of action for weeks. Sliding doors in A block break often and was out of action for a week. But very clean spaces and reception helpful. Balconies are nice Not given loads of storage such as wardrobe small and lights are very dull, so need lights for inside wardrobe

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good location close to shops, would be nice to have a closer cafe or something but overall very good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have but welcome pack on arrival would have been helpful.

Good Apartment, Better Location!!

Apartments are well built with a balcony available to each tenant. Modern kitchen equipment included as well. The only issue I have is that the play area on the 1st floor has been kept closed for over a year. The gym is spacious and good quality equipment provided.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Cannot beat this apartment in terms of location as everything is a stones throw away. Tube, bus station, grocery and a lot more within 2-3 minutes walk. Ample car park space available so no problems there as well. Rent prices are above average but the location makes everything worthwhile.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is very helpful and always assisted in any issues that I have raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You don’t need a car if you are renting here (unless you have a little one) as the bus and train station are within 2 minutes walk.

Plain modern design that is very easy to personalise. We have a bring me box for safe and reliable parcel delivery. The building is managed well - weekly cleans of communal areas and an responsive host who helps us to fix/replace things whenever necessary.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area has everything you need in terms of restaurants, shops and public transport links, you can arrive on princes street by walking ~15mins. There’s free parking available within walking distance. Generally no noise issues

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quickly replies to emails and sends the appropriate person to help fix the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can’t think of anything at the momentt, my stay has been as accepted

Good flats bad management

Overall the flat layouts are nice, however there's been constant construction the last 6 years, and probably won't stop in the foreseeable future. Generally property management is terrible, constant issues with main building door not locking, parcel room not working and it always seems like a fight when things has to be repaired.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very close to Greenwich Park which is a huge plus, great pubs near by. Good transport links to Canary wharf, bank and London bridge

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

In general things gets fixed but it always takes forever

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Construction here is hopeless, it's never ending and very disruptive. Building management simply does not care about anything.
