The building is modern with good access, lift and underground parking. The neighbours are friendly, quiet and try their best to look after the building and communal spaces such as the courtyard, parking and corridors. Overall I was very satisfied with everything.

Quiet neighborhood, excellent location with lots of amenities and close to city centre. Clean with convenient parking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It was very easy to raise issues via FlexiFlo ans all issues were responded to promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is very central and you have access to everything you need walking distance

In terms of development, the space could’ve potentially been used a bit better. Some rooms are much larger than others and one room has a toilet/ bathroom that opens up into a hallway from the room creating less privacy. Other than that, the property is very modern and has everything we need. For a property of 4 however, a bigger fridge freezer would’ve been good.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is very central and you have access to everything you need walking distance. If you need to get a bus, there is a wide range available from different bus stops no further than 5 mins away. Parking is an issue however as you cannot apply for a street permit. There is no traffic noise nor anti social behaviour, on sunny days and weekends the place is very lively, making you want to step out of your flat and join.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, management reply quickly and communication regarding repairs is very clear.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would’ve known that I couldn’t apply for street permit parking.

Nice studio, amazing management, construction noise

Even though it is a studio, it is designed in a way that there is a separate bedroom and living room. There is minimal space for 2 people to live in studio. Biggest problem are that the drains are too narrow and the house has mold problems. The management is amazing and they fix all the issues very efficiently.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It has great access to a lot of grocery stores and restaurants. It has easy access to both bus and train routes. We have rarely seen any anti social behaviour. The biggest problem is constant construction around this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Usually they answer to the emails within the same day and fix the issue within the same week.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maintenance is amazing and any problems would be solved immediately. If we knew the construction is this bad and noisy throught the whole year, we might have not chosen this property.

Modern and Functional

The design is modern and sleek. And there is a mixture of outdoor and indoor living. The canal being nearby gives a very nice ambiance. Gym is also nearby. The building also has various common areas which is kept clean and tidy. It is a good place to hang out with friends as well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops and groceries are nearby. I like having access to parking as well. The bike storage has been extremely useful as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. When something is broke , for example the bike storage door and the window, they are very prompt with their repairs.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing much to be honest . I enjoy the area and knew a decent amount
