Greengate is amazingly situated it is so close to the hustle and bustle of the city without being right in the middle of it you have all amenities you could need within walking distance so it’s a great place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The people who work in greengate are always so friendly and are willing to help with anything they can. I had an issue with my air fryer one day which out of nowhere caused it to go on fire and I didn’t know what to do but I called the building management and within a minute someone who was on the front desk was up at the apartment to help me and dealt with it. they took it away for me aswell once the fire was out. It was really lovely to know there is competent and kind people keeping us all safe.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue I have with my apartment is that it doesn’t really get any sunlight. It absolutely wouldn’t have been a deal breaker anyway when I did the viewing but I have a beautiful balcony but it’s not really much use as it never gets any sunlight so I wish I had known this before I moved in.

Very good location close to shops, would be nice to have a closer cafe or something but overall very good

Yes they have but welcome pack on arrival would have been helpful.

Bars are very close. Shops are close. Restaurants are close. Everything is good and there is no better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responded quickly to most of them. But there where some cases that I am not happy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not that much flexibility when it comes to maintenance issues.

It’s quite convenient to shops and bars. Most of them are 5 mins away by walk. Victoria station is also in walkable distance

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes Prompt response. I have requested for mattress and bulb replacements. Building management has serviced within couple of days.

Free health & living classes are conducted regularly which is a boost for tenants.
