Nice place to live but the property managers need to tackle some serious problems

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There are not many shops around which can be a bit inconvenient at time, but I guess that's ok since you can get most things delivered. Being right by the water is great and the view over Liverpool is delightful. You can get to Liverpool in 15/20 minutes either by bus or train, which is great.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They won't always answer in a timely manner, or not at all.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew that small or big issues would not be addressed straight away by management
Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There isn’t much to do here. It’s a new development so expected but literally nothing close by. I drive but I don’t think there is great transport links here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
If you send 15 emails you might be lucky to get a response saying they will sort it. That’s as far as it goes to actually fixing anything though.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew how bad management was going to be. Lies after lies instead of taking any accountability!
Manager response

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Not the best area overall. Nothing close by, no shops, very busy roads lined with many cars making it dangerous to pull out on the road, poor transport links.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No, rasied many issues not ever attended to or fixed. Always marked as complete when they are not.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Many things, a lot of things were stated before moving in which were untrue.
Manager response

Management issues but lovely place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Industrial area being redeveloped so there's not much around. I am renting a lovely 1-bedroom flat and opted for a parking place. Unfortunately they are not nominative. So people park on the street, without any consideration for other drivers or pedestrians. Getting out of the car park has become a real hazard as people obstruct the view by parking on the side of said entrance and at the corners. I know many residents have raised a concern but JLL doesn't really seem bothered. They have put some plastic barriers that the wind blew over a few hours later, when people didn't move them away to park wherever they please. Something needs to be done before an accident happens, and I certainly don't pay £75 a month to have my car nearly crashed into every time I go exit this car park.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Property management does not seem to really care about concerns raised by residents like road safety, or security in general (the building dorrs haven't locked for months and when you ask about it they say it's being resolved...)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was advertised a £50 parking spot but when I moved in it was £75, and the whatsapp chat the agent mentioned it had some messages (including the one with the price) deleted. This is a bit disappointing but also false advertising...
