Brilliant new builds, parking us great and neighboring buildings are all kept nice. Interior and exterior is good

Yes they are fast to address and problems and efficiently

Grest community and non site gym which allows you to meet neighbors

Everything in our building is designed how we like it

It is a quiet area with a lovely community, However, distance from shops has been an issue. Other than that, it has been fab!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are able to respond to queries and issues quite quickly and they make changes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How long it would be before other facilities were to open as we were given a time frame that is wrong.

Although I think the building's modern style is fantastic and the interior is clean and welcoming, I wish we were nearer to some stores

Yes there have some restraunts and local shops near ( good point) but the bad point is that in the building haven’t have any shop, if that will be open than really very easy for all of the tenants. Good transport, parking facilities, no antisocial behaviour- all people are very friendly, no traffic noise ……

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management responded to any problems or issues that we had very quickly and efficiently

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The views from the flat are lovely and the inside is airy and spacious.

Very convenient if a couple with a car

There are not many shops which are nearby they are at least a 20 min walk depending on how fast you would walk, transport is good for buses and train stations are not too far away, parking availability is great if your happy paying if not it can be very bad on the main road, traffic noise is fine when windows are closed and not many anti social behaviour

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded positively at the beginning but then when it comes to access issues they don’t seem to care and just give themselves access to the apartment and very inconsiderate with pets when opening doors to the apartments

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That parking would not be available for a second car till months after moving in, there would be so many issues with the apartment and windows not being designed efficiently.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best thing about living here is that we are by the water and it feels like a community as we have a group chat and all talk on it. The range of shops is abit poor if you don’t drive as it’s a 10 minute walk to your nearest local shop and it is quite industrial around us. Luckily, there is a bus route that takes us into Birkenhead and all the shops are located there. It is a fairly quiet place to live just the bins smell the entrance out.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

If we have any issues we just add it to a request on the millers quay app and they will come up to your apartment and sort out the issue fairly quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that it would take so long for the gym to open.
