Overall all the development is good however there over the past year there have been frequent failures with the heating and hot water. Quite often there is no hot water at all. The time it takes to resolve building issues is often very slow. There have been bike thefts and the security is poor. The gym is very limited with just a couple of spin bikes and small weights. The staff are nice and friendly but for the cost of living here the standard of service does not match up compared to other developments in the area.

Design is nice, but the cheapest materials (paint job, furnishing, etc.) were chosen as paint is easily removed with a nail. “secure bicycle storage” but many bikes have been stolen during a period of time when the main doors accessing the building had their security disabled. Hot water is regularly cut and main hot water boiler is broken.

Despite the pleasant atmosphere, the building falls short in terms of its services and maintenance, leading to a subpar living experience. For nearly a year, we have been facing persistent issues with hot water, occurring at least twice a month, with no resolution in sight. The building management merely sends apology messages without taking concrete actions to address the problem. Despite the collective efforts of the residents to voice their complaints, the issue persists, making daily life unbearable. Additionally, it is disappointing that the building does not provide a gym, which is a common amenity in the area.

We've been having hot water outages every 2 weeks since I moved, in october 23! Only promises that will be solved but nothing really happened! Everything else in the building is fine, but not having hot water is critical. Everyday is a surprise. Not possible not to have a solution after many months.

The design is good enough, the building has potential it just lacks a good management team that truly cares about their residents and solving the issues for them. We pay a lot for a building with adequate amenities and for a company to do the management that does not deliver. You’ll fill like you pay and you have to be grateful to be here and not complain.
