We have had a great experience buying from Lioncourt. We have had issues of course, but it’s not necessarily the issues you have it’s how they deal with it. They have been brilliant in coming back to us they have been at the house within 24 hours of reporting a problem and they have generally been really good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest nothing has come as a surprise and there isn’t really anything I would add here

Great location. Really quiet, yet close to amenities with fantastic walks and woodland on the doorstep.

Please review your development:

We really love it here. The only issue is the garden. Garden is small but perfectly practical. The problem is it has no drainage and the grass is swamp like. The patio area is small so the garden is not really useable. Which is a shame for an otherwise perfect home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Change energy supplier immediately as Ecotricity are the most expensive of all!

What is the best feature of your home:

The beat features of our home are that it is Spacious and bright.
