Building us very easy to navigate and understand with all amenities easy to locate and use.

Staff always make issues easier to resolve especially with any issues we have with parking pirates and any issues with other residents (even though there isn’t many)

Parking is difficult but the staff are always here thlo help.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Perfectly they are very fast and eager to help wherever possible.

Design can be so much better in my opinion. There’s no storage room in my two bed apartment and I personally think that is a huge downside. Internal design can be much better too, like having the bed at the side to utilize space. Building management sometimes late reply me and never respond back unless I remind them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That having no storage room can be a bad thing. Also no lock for bedroom is something that might affect someone as well.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Sometimes, I get email replies for confirmation and information about getting the things fixed but sometimes, they forget about it.

Amazing people, staff are incredible and facilities are above excellence. Home away from my home country, very spacious, walking distance to public transport, station and city centre, family and dog friendly, always hosting events. Amazing environment to be in

Only down is housing centre near by but not platorms fault

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always fix issues quickly and if csnt fix immediately, alternatives provided

Please review your development:

Wood Street House is a great place to live, it is modern throughout and the public areas are decorated to a very high standard. The Gym has all the equipment you need, as well as classes, and is kept very clean. The shared working area is perfect for working remote/hybrid – WSH have recently installed monitors on all of the desks also. The team are great and always helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

A couple things I wish I knew more about are parking options and council tax. Ultimately these haven’t been much of a problem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The WSH team are always there to help with anything. There is a maintenance portal and the on-site maintenance team help with any issues.
