Great access to busses, station, public parks, sea front, shops, pubs and cafesParking availability is not great for visitors – 2hour limit on street. Traffic noise is expected however quiet with closed doors/windows.

Please review your development:

The design of the building is fresh, quirky and homely. The shared space on the ground floor is comfortable to work in, hang out and meet friends. I haven’t had much experience with the garden terraces but hope to access this perk in warmer weather. The lifts are fast and building access is easy and convenient. I have had great interactions with the buildings maintenance and reception team, always helpful and friendly. And the communal areas are kept clean and tidy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish parking for visitors was an option, or some kind of permit style thing – eg 25 permits per household to use the underground car park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The issue I raised regarding a towel rail not working was fixed quickly

York and Elder is situated in a perfect location! It’s close to lots of shops, bars, pubs and is just a short walk away from town. It’s the quietest place I have ever lived in even though it’s so close to everything!

Please review your development:

The front of house staff are outstanding – always going to the greatest of lengths to help us and meet our needs. I think the design of the building is very well done and absolutely love the interior inside.
I love the fact that we can use the gym whenever we want and it has everything that we need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that we couldn’t use Runway East next door.
I wish I knew we wouldn’t get a parking space even though there’s a car park downstairs.
I wish I knew how welcoming everyone would be! It’s a lovely community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always receive a response, always try their hardest to resolve it.

Building is beautiful inside and out

Incredible location – very central, a stones throw from the station, walking distance to everything.

Please review your development:

Building is beautiful inside and out. Brilliant facilities and everything is kept clean and tidy.
The east/west sides elevator could have been better thought out, no access to most facilities from one side.
Reception/clubhouse would look better with real plants instead of plastic/fake.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The gym is actually shared with the offices next door.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Incredibly quick response, any issues resolved same day.

Great design in the apartment. Everything is very well done, it’s so nice to live here. So lucky to have a gym in the building, with very good equipment.
The building and property management is very good, there is always someone to talk to if needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You have to be quick to book the activities organised for the tenants, because they go fast.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been so helpful and fast to answer any enquiries we have had.
