Great area scs location. Great area great location easy access to London shops the beach and lots of restaurants

No major problems, but feel there’s a good community and a good communication to discuss any issues that may arise

Nothing Mike explained everything very clearly on my first viewing and second viewing very helpful

A great place to live!

We relocated from Oxford to Brighton, and Hove Gardens was the perfect first home in a new place. The location was perfect being literally 3mins from Hove station, a 10min walk to Hove Park and a 20min walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and the added security of a concierge etc. made it the great for us while we explored and got used to the area. In terms of amenities, there’s a coffee shop, launderette, pub, petrol station and gym all within 5mins away. The parking is also great, and although there aren’t many spaces in the evenings, you can nearly always find a space on the adjacent road which isn’t bad (we also found it very safe).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very prompt and communicative of timelines, delays or additional work that needed doing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You’re not allowed doormats or things like wreaths etc. hanging on the door due to health and safety. Not a big deal but worth knowing before you plan on buying additional furnishings.

My experience has been good from day one.. staff have been so helpful with all my questions and supportive. The only one feedback I’d give is a welcome pack with details of how to use/set up heating, instructions for the items in the apartment like washer/dryer, dishwasher etc.. the process for post/package deliveries. My first new build managed place and no complaints.. really enjoying all Hove gardens is offering

Really well .. I have reported a faulty door which is being repaired ..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing .. was told everything on viewing and allowed a 2nd to take pictures and measure up before moving in

Having lived at Hove Gardens for some time now, I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to live in the in the city. A Team That Truly Cares: The Heart of Hove Gardens Beyond the modern design and the great location, what truly defines the experience of living at Hove Gardens is the front office team. They don’t just manage a building; they look after the people inside it. I am particularly fond of the team, and I have to give a special mention to Irish Mike. He has been an incredible presence since my husband and I first moved in. Mike’s professionalism and warmth made us feel at home from day one, but his kindness went far beyond his job description during the most difficult time of my life. After my husband passed away, Mike’s support is unwavering. In a world where property management can often feel corporate and detached, his genuine compassion and care have been a huge source of comfort to me. Knowing that there are people like him at the front desk makes this building feel like a true sanctuary. It’s rare to find a management team that treats residents with such humanity and heart. The Ultimate Commuter Location The biggest selling point for me has been the proximity to Hove Station. It is quite literally a stone's throw away. It has completely transformed my morning routine—the commute is actually relaxing when you don’t have to worry about a long trek to the platform. You can leave your front door minutes before departure and still be on time. Everything You Need Within Walking Distance The local amenities make life here incredibly seamless: Dining & Drinks: You are spoilt for choice with an array of vibrant bars and traditional pubs right nearby. It’s perfect for a Friday night out or a quiet Sunday roast. Shopping: From daily essentials to boutique finds, the local shops cover everything. You rarely need to head into the main city center because it's all right here. Health & Wellness: Having a doctor's surgery within such close proximity is a massive practical bonus that adds real peace of mind. Final Thoughts The building itself is modern and well-maintained, but it’s the lifestyle the location affords that really sets it apart. It’s the perfect base for anyone who values their time and wants to be in the heart of a thriving community.

every thing I have raised has been resolved in less than 24 hours [if not the same day]

It has been a great treat to have so many activities to do with fellow residents and the overall vibe that people have here. The security of locking up and go and knowing that it will all be safe it's comforting.
