We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Beautiful, modern facilities, amazing views at the balcony and sky garden. We love the modern design of the building in every aspect, the amenities like the sky garden, work from home communal area, concierge are all beautifully and thoughtfully done.

Feels like a well laid out space with good opportunity to meet other residents. I think it would benefit from perhaps a gym like the sister company in Brighton and better access to the cycle storage. I like that everything can be done on an app and that there is someone contactable 24hrs a day.

Beautiful design, spacious, lovely views from the terraces. Love the lounge as it’s so big and great to work in. Massive balcony from the apartment. Amazing team, everyone is so friendly and nice. Feel very safe here, the WiFi is so quick. Just feeling very happy here!
