Its a lovely place to live. Helpful staff, also add like N helped me alot while i was staying there. Great experience

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management ensures smooth operation, safety, and comfort within a property. It involves maintenance of facilities, handling repairs, overseeing security, and coordinating with residents or tenants. Effective management also covers cleaning services, compliance with regulations, and proactive planning to maintain long‑term value and community satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving was how quickly housing options fill up near Sussex University. Planning earlier would have saved stress and given more choices. I also underestimated the importance of checking public transport access and local amenities, which make daily life much easier.

There is plenty to do around the development with lots of cafes and parks. There is also easy access to transport and supermarkets.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues since moving in but when I have had questions. There is always someone available to talk to. Dan and Amber are always available to talk to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just how close so many shops. If you walk 5 mins in any direction there is always something to do.

Location couldn’t be better being 30 seconds from Hove Station and 5 mins from central hove. A great area to live in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate action taken whenever needed (which was very rarely need)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wouldn’t change anything, there was nothing unexpected as communication was very clear from day one

Great area scs location. Great area great location easy access to London shops the beach and lots of restaurants

No major problems, but feel there’s a good community and a good communication to discuss any issues that may arise

Nothing Mike explained everything very clearly on my first viewing and second viewing very helpful

A great place to live!

We relocated from Oxford to Brighton, and Hove Gardens was the perfect first home in a new place. The location was perfect being literally 3mins from Hove station, a 10min walk to Hove Park and a 20min walk to the beach. It had everything we needed and the added security of a concierge etc. made it the great for us while we explored and got used to the area. In terms of amenities, there’s a coffee shop, launderette, pub, petrol station and gym all within 5mins away. The parking is also great, and although there aren’t many spaces in the evenings, you can nearly always find a space on the adjacent road which isn’t bad (we also found it very safe).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very prompt and communicative of timelines, delays or additional work that needed doing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You’re not allowed doormats or things like wreaths etc. hanging on the door due to health and safety. Not a big deal but worth knowing before you plan on buying additional furnishings.
