Living in this area is very enjoyable, thanks to the excellent transport links. Hove Station is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's only a 10-minute bus ride to Brighton Station. The local shops are diverse, offering a wide range of options. There are also many good restaurants and bars to enjoy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to any problems or issues I have raised quickly and effectively, ensuring that everything is resolved in a timely manner. Also, the management team communicates effectively among themselves, so there is no need to report an issue or problem more than once.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had moved here sooner :) The onsite team organizes events for residents, which is a great way to socialize. The only thing missing is a gym to make it perfect in my eyes.

Great array of shops and restaurants near Hove Gardens and just a short walk from the sea! Quiet road

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Professional and quick response! Everyone gets back to you right away, and they are so much more helpful than typical landlords.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The thing I notice the most living here is how quiet the rooms are. There are so many tenants here, yet when I go to sleep at night it's so so quiet. It's the perfect balance of having your own quiet sanctuary at home, but having the option of being more social with the rest of the community who live here.

location is great shops easily accessible, trains and buses frequent and nearby. parking isn't great wouldn't recommend if you have a car

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management's response to issues has generally been poor. While they often acknowledge problems and say they will address them, in most cases, there is little to no follow-up, and the issue remains unresolved unless repeatedly chased. This pattern of promising action without delivering has been consistent across various concerns, from maintenance requests to billing queries, and reflects a lack of accountability and effective management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had been able to speak with a current resident beforehand to get an honest perspective on what living here is really like. The promotional material and initial impressions don’t reflect the ongoing management issues, delays in resolving problems, and the difficulty in accessing the incentives that were advertised. A resident’s experience would have provided a much clearer picture of what to expect day-to-day.

The location, shops & the transport links are all great in my opinion. Some mornings I can hear noise from the bus station but It’s minimal.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Only issue I’ve raised was about the bulb replacement which was responded to quickly & sorted efficiently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That my balcony wouldn’t get the sun past midday 😂 Though, that is more so down to my insufficient knowledge on the solar calendar.

If you enjoy convenience then move to Hove Gardens, everything you need is literally on your doorstep ! We are less than a 3 mins walk from the mainline station (but you'd never know it), 2 mins from the main bus into Brighton and all the other bus links are about 4-5 mins walk. About 7-8min walk to the Tesco Local and Co-op Local about 8-10 mins, Waitrose is about a 10 min drive and I believe all the other main supermarkets are within the same distance. There's a a lovely little cluster of independant shops about 3-4 mins walk, coffee shop, quality fish and chip shop, Tap Bar, launderette. Walking about 10 mins you'll reach the local High Street which has a really good range of both independant and main high street stores, I was impressed at the range for a local high street. The area itself is quiet, you see the odd flurry of people that have just come from the train station or bus but it's in no way intrusive. Generally the area has a nice easy going and friendly vibe, people often pass the time of day which is a welcome change from living in London !! We have a 25yr old daughter and she has echoed the sense of feeling safe and has no concerns if walking alone of an evening.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We've only had two very minor issues here and they have been dealt with extremely quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If I had to comment on one thing it would be the trolleys that are on site for moving your possession's in, they are rather small, which meant a lot of 'runs' back and forth unloading. We were fairly lucky as we are only on the first floor but I'd imagine if you were on the top floor it could be a lot to manage. Caged trolleys would be ideal, or even the flatbed type you find in B&Q etc. Not a complaint but would definitely be a huge help !
