Exceptional living experience in a beautifully designed building

The building is amazing, with a design by interior designers that is modern, classy, and well-thought-out. The resident lounge is spacious and comfortable, as is the co-working space, which has a kitchen next to it. There are also four fantastic outdoor spaces. The onsite team is excellent too. Harry has all the answers and is always happy to help, while Yiannis can assist with achieving the decor you want in the apartment to feel at home. Every single person onsite is outstanding.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in this area is very enjoyable, thanks to the excellent transport links. Hove Station is just a 2-minute walk away, and it's only a 10-minute bus ride to Brighton Station. The local shops are diverse, offering a wide range of options. There are also many good restaurants and bars to enjoy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to any problems or issues I have raised quickly and effectively, ensuring that everything is resolved in a timely manner. Also, the management team communicates effectively among themselves, so there is no need to report an issue or problem more than once.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had moved here sooner :) The onsite team organizes events for residents, which is a great way to socialize. The only thing missing is a gym to make it perfect in my eyes.

Everything is designed to make your life easier: 24/7 reception, parcel retrieve and return system, online tenant system,... Beautiful terraces for every taste. We appreciate the work for home facilities, a must that made us picked this building over other options.

A minute away from the train station but still very quiet. Close to local shops where you can find pretty much anything you need.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick to respond and informative, we would have appreciated speaking to only one representative during the process to avoid confusion.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Seems like in a remote not so nice area at first but the location is actually great thanks to the train station and nearby local shops.

The overall design of the building is fantastic. As well as being very modern and stylish, the facilities are to a very high standard. With work from home spaces, multiple roof top terraces, games areas and bin rooms, you could not ask for anything more in terms of facilities.

Fantastic range of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurant and bars nearby. In addition, located a short walk from Hove station. Overall, fantastic location. Parking availability around the apartment could be better however.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly, had no issues atall when I have raised issues.

The parking availability around the apartment block and street.

Love the design of the apartments, modern and clean, easy to style and make it yours when you move in. There’s bike storage, post room and everything you need for convenience. Lots of communal space to enjoy, pods to do work if needed, events for residents are organised from time to time. Everyone is very friendly, both the neighbours and the staff, Helena and Jackie are always there to help out at reception. Would recommend coming for a viewing.

Perfect location, right next to the Hove train station. Lots to do around in the area, but the building itself is nice and quiet.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Haven’t had many issues so far, building management is easy to reach.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would love it if the process with the energy provider was simpler and smoother from the start.

Great layout planning, feels spacious. Co-working is a big plus, but would also like to have an on-site gym. Lovely having multiple outdoor areas and a good touch with the technology driven mail delivery. Would recommend to anyone looking for an all in one space.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Access to Hove Station within 3 minutes, which might be noisy at times depending which way you are facing . Easy walk to the beach and shops on George street.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Prompt response to issues. Very happy with the respons time. Yiannis is fantastic in maintaining the space and always lends a helping hand.

Noise of the train is about all I would like to have known
