Great design and location.

The location is excellent. The area is very exciting and trendy and so this was a good choice of location for the building. Transport links are also very good

Please review your development:

The design is very good. Did feel like the buildings were rushed at the end as I had lots of silly issues (many were sorted). Property management has been poor to date with zero confidence in their ability to sort issues in a timely manner from myself. The roof terrace is excellent and the overall look and feel is great.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just timescales really – keep the communication to those who have committed to buying. Other than that, I really like the design and style of the company’s buildings

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Some issues resolved slowly. Others still not done such as having a correct service charge that reflects accurate costs and accounts.

The location is great, only a few minute walk to a nice park with a friendly atmosphere. There are also plenty of cool bars walking distance.

Please review your development:

The layout and design choices of the property are very nice. High quality appliances and fittings are used throughout making the place feel like a solid home.

The big windows give the place a very spacious feel.

The only negative is the sound proofing from other flats isn’t that good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sound proofing isn’t great in the flat, you can hear the neighbouring flats easily.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly, many issues have been left outstanding for months.

We are Right in the centre of the town. Perfect location for night out, dinner, park walks, and beaches

Please review your development:

Kitchen
-counter colour is unique,
– huge amount of cupboard space
– smoke alarms go off with slightly cooked toast, which is very annoying

bathrooms
-spacious
-floating toilets, makes it easier to clean the floor

Bedrooms
-master bedroom is smaller than spare one

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish there was visitor parking available for family

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very bad communication. Lift have been broken since day one

It’s so close to all of the amenities, town centre and bars and restaurants. The beach isn’t far and I love the location.

Please review your development:

The property management has been really disappointing and there’s been a few errors made by the builder which have led to issues for all residents. However, I am incredibly happy living here and love the layout, quality and look of my home. The views from the roof are spectacular.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise level can still be quite loud on the road outside the flat but apart from this it’s perfect

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To an extent but they could be better at answering questions in a timely manner.
