The good is that I am close to all city amenities and other important developments. Transport and monumental buildings are within 10mins reach to me. I get to enjoy living the city life of Coventry while also living in a good building

Please review your development:

The development is the best in Coventry, no other development in Coventry is well built with the working class in mind. It is the only apartment building made specifically for the tax payers and working class to have a beautiful place to live in Coventry is rare and this development meets that rarity. I feel secure, safe, I make great friends here and my needs are majorly met.The interior designs and materials chosen could definitely be better. As an African who cooks and enjoys having family over living in a well diverse cultural environment, I expect my apartment to withstand these moments but things like the ventilation and kitchen cupboards aren’t made to withstand heat and steam. Cultures like Indians, Pakistans and Africans share the same culture when it comes to food and being able to cook and enjoy our food without worrying about ruining the cupboards with steam because the ventilation barely works.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing came by surprise I enjoy and expected most of what I experience

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond promptly and with the best service. Every issue I have raised has been addressed with care.

Good location

Review Date Dec 2023

Very busy street with constant police sirens, loud fireworks and have witnessed people throw fireworks at police cars with no reprocussions even when police were called. Sometimes big alleys of cars in lights beeping drive around the ring road. Near library and has some nature around it.

Please review your development:

Design is OK, it’s quite bland and not as in pictures as pictures have lots of very classy furniture with it. Needed to buy own kettle and electricity for oven is extremely expensive. No mirror apart for bathroom one and washing machine doesn’t work very well if used as washer dryer and also leaves clothes damp to air dry. They did add a sign when you can’t leave through some of the exits but before that it was annoying.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the staff would subtly shame you for not coming to optional events such as Halloween.
Also how expensive the oven is.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Average, eventually have helped add a sign when I asked.

Located very near the town centre, very easy to get transport to Birmingham and London with trains and bus stations within walking distance. The parking is great, with security! Bin collection weekly and it’s always clean and not overcrowded with rubbish. The apartment block itself it’s beautiful and so nice and quiet, especially for me working in nursing I do a mix of nights and days. Triple glaze windows and block out curtains are also a plus to help with this.

Please review your development:

Design of the building is amazing! Very comfortable and cozy! With lots or lounge areas! Private parking and reception. Plenty of space around the building! Beautiful decorated interior. Post box and delivery station also available. Coffee machine too.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good community, friendly environment.
Photo attached is a beautiful sunset from my window.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So quick to reply when there’s an issue, always someone physically present on site too to assist with any issues
