Nice big apartments and new modern building

I like that it’s a small building and the concierge always knows who I am.
My flat is big and I like that we have access to the outside areas and bike stores.
The lifts are quick and there’s is a gym and cinema room but I’ve not used these yet.
It would have been good to have fitted wardrobes in the second bedroom.
The location suits me as it’s easy to catch the bus to work and close to the river to jog along after work.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Shops are a bit far. Would be good to have a supermarket a little close.
Good to be so close to Vauxhall and Waterloo and can walk to Westminster for the the district line.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Courtyard is nice and hidden away

Bad quality, good location.

Build quality is poor.
Lift jolts, doors don’t fare well in wind, very hot in hallways (big waste of energy) and poor ventilation to name a few.
Feels like the flats were quickly thrown up with no due care or quality.

The gym is rather annoying, it should be free to use.

On a plus side the staff are very friendly in concierge.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Location is great. 35 minute cycle to the city. Clapham up the road. Chelsea over the bridge. 2x train stations.

The trains are very loud, especially noticeable at night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How noisy the trains were.

How poor the build quality is when using stuff.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, albeit they have been slow.

Told they could speak/deal directly with us

Good development- shame about the Poor management

Nice development which would benefit from a more upmarket outside surfacing and landscaping
Very poor management and the building also has a number of defects (eg front door)
Concierges are just manning a desk but don’t actually supervise the development and don’t help with serious matters such as bike theft.
Lovely cleaning team are understaffed . They do a great job but female cleaners have to move heavy containers because the managing agent won’t pay for more staff

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Very central location but dirty streets with lits of litter and some derelict housing

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Savills are not interested in communicating with the residents

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not at all responsive . We have been requesting service charge details for months

Good living area

Have been living here for a while now and I love the area, there are some things they could improve. The feeling of a community is lacking but this is due to the content building works.. hopefully this will improve when finished.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Just on the main high street which is unlike other developments – despite its closeness it is a closed environment which is really nice.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hard to give a full detailed review when half the development isn’t finished yet!

What is the best feature of your home:

The design and finish is nice but they’ve also made it light – allows me to personalise it to my preference.
