Amiable community living in the area. Plethora of restaurants from over the world.
Friendly neighbours and lots of amenities including gyms nearby.
safe and very quiet at night.
Maybe a bit expensive and construction during the day.

Community is mainly professionals and families
Greenery and parks close by

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing at all
very satisfied with area and developer.

What a location

The apartment is spacious, there is tons of natural light. We live near the top floor but I think even the flats below get tons of light. The place is always clean – really good building management – and the lifts are never broken. I literally only have one criticism and that is it does not feel like a residential community due to how many offices are around it. It means its quiet on the weekends but that there is also not really a good family atmosphere.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is brilliant. Sheldon square has so many food and drink options and it’s right next to the station. Bars, restaurants, you name it. I have been a little worried about small bike gangs going through recently.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking is impossible. You cannot have a car.

Luxurious living in an enviable location

This recently completed development is by Taylor Wimpey, and offers residents a whole host of amenities that make it a great place to live, not to mention a prestigious location within Paddington Basin. Residents of Paddington Exchange can make use of secure underground parking as well as a rooftop terrace and pretty communal gardens. This mid-rise apartment block also has a residents’ lounge and a concierge service. Public spaces have a luxurious finish, which sets the tone for the apartments themselves.

There are 123 apartments here, with one, two or three bedrooms, all benefitting from a private terrace or balcony. There is plenty of storage space within each unit, and a sleek, contemporary finish comes as part of the package. All bedrooms are large doubles, with master bedrooms and some second bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms. Bathrooms and kitchens are well appointed. Bathrooms are tiled throughout and either comprise a shower unit or showers over baths. Kitchens have fully integrated appliances, mixer taps and quartz worktops.

The location of Paddington Exchange means that residents can get to any area of the capital quickly. Not only are there several bus routes that stop outside the building, but Paddington Exchange is just a short walk from Edgware Road tube station, Warwick Avenue tube station and Paddington tube and National Rail station. That means access to the District, Hammersmith & City, Bakerloo and Circle lines. Paddington makes leaving the city also incredibly easy, perfect for weekend jaunts out of the capital.
