Woodside place is a nice place to live
Design of the house is great. We have had a lot of issues with the windows – still ongoing. We also have had some problems with the garden but that is being rectified. A year after being here the front sign has finally been lit up. Would be nice if the trees were lit also as they do have lights, but these are so far to be utilised. The grass is kept well cut but all arlund the edges has died – probably because of the salt in construction materials. There is also a stretch of road that gets flooded every time it rains.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
Parking is fine – we hope they don’t take away the 6 visitor parking spaces as this will affect parking on the roads. Locally there is a M&S food, post office and Costa in the hospital – a short walk away. The adjoining development has a small kids play area. Local services such as bin collection is good with garden waste, recycling, rubbish and bottle recycling. The only annoying thing is there are no wheelie bins for recycling and rubbish, which means getting up early on rubbish day.

That there is not a pathway through to the adjoining development
What is the best feature of your home:
The space is wonderful and the lack of noise in the local area makes a calm and tran1uil place to come home to.
