My wife works from home and I do believe this apartment just makes her a Disneyland as a home-lover. Bright, cozy and perfect size. Can’t be happier with the 5-stars property management. Besides, this is a pet-friendly community. Everyone we meet in the building are all so willing to meet new furry friends. The community always keep high standard hygiene, which is so crucial for people living with pets. Considering the coronavirus spreading in the world, I now much more appreciate the consistent attention of hygiene form the management team.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

This location is perfect for those who work in central. Minutes away from a large Tesco and a shopping centre. Police station is just behind the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not sure. I didn’t come with the viewing and literally I don’t make decision.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Normally respond within 24 hours. Efficient, professional. My wife is a super fan of the lovely team.

Excellent Property

I absolutely love our flat, the furnishings are modern, the flat is spacious and we’ve got a beautiful view of London’s skyline. The property management is fantastic and Tyrra has been wonderful at helping us settle into our new flat, deliver our post promptly and answer any questions we have. Thank you for helping us find our new home!

Great to have a Tesco and Asda really close by, as well as a shopping mall. The transport links are also fantastic, with a train station just a minute from the flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I love that I can get my haircut and nails done a few minutes walk from the flat! Scissors & nails for a haircut and Elyse Beauty & Laser clinic for nails are great.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Consistent hot water but I appreciate this has recently been looked into.

Very good.

Over all satisfy with living in the development, just a small issue with the parcel deliveries that sometimes the parcel is missing / undelivered even the sender confirms the delivery. Good building mangement. Property management is responsive as well.

Like : Location – very close to station.
Dislike : Not always feel secure.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hot water issue cannot be known before move in, so open information of on-going issue could be valuable.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fair. Fixed the washing machine and pipe issue, however, it took multiple visit and claim again on the same issue.

2nd year, don’t have a second thinking about moving out

We just couldn’t be more satisfied with our flat about the building/property management. We have a very nice and professional team who always do their best to help residents sort out any issues related to the apartments or the building. In my own experience I personally believe they have done more than they were required to do. We also really like the design of the flat.
Been working from home for few months, I realise this apartment is a heaven for home lovers who would just like to stay in their own little cozy space. The interior design does just the appropriate amount of work, which gives us a nice, bright and convenient living environment, without compromising space for creativity.
There is no parking area particularly for this community, which is a bit headache here. But with the great transport links, I personally don’t feel troubling.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s been the 2nd year since we lived in this lovely flat. It has perfect transport links if you normally commute to canary wharf, cannon st or central London. Minutes away from shopping centre, Tesco superstore and Police station. I’m definitely feeling much safer living in this location, although it could be noisy sometimes if you keep your windows open.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing specifically. We made our decision quickly as soon as we finished the 1st viewing, which just covered basically everything we wish to know before moving in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Too many! If this just addresses the flat, our flat is amazingly designed and furnished. It has the best view with 2 large windows and a long balcony. If everything about the community is discussed, we’d like to give the answer to the property management, high efficiency, professional services, nice staffs, lovely events…(I’ll be able to write a 2k-words report right here, are you sure you want me to do this)

A happy renter

I really love the Fizzy apartment building. It’s clean and new, and the rooms are generously sized for London. The kitchen is my favourite part – SO much more room in terms of cabinets and counter space. And the balcony is a lovely thing too. All the floor-to-ceiling windows mean there is always lots of natural light, which is lovely. Finally, since I have serious dust allergies, I love that there are no carpets within the flats (not even in the bedrooms). The fact that the building is pet-friendly is a definitely plus for me, I love bumping into cute dogs in the lift. And finally, the rooftop terrace has gorgeous views and will be a fun place to hang out in the warmer months.
In terms of the property management, I can’t tell you how much easier it is to have someone actually be onsite all the time. Tyra, our BOB, has been a total joy from the very first time we came to see a Fizzy apartment. She always replies to emails and queries really quickly and efficiently, she’s super friendly and always really helpful. Very glad to have Tyra.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Lewisham is a great place for people who work in central. It’s more affordable than other boroughs, but is only zone 2 and only 10 mins to London Bridge, 20 minutes to Charing Cross, and 20-something minutes to Victoria. It has also the DLR to places like Bank.
In terms of restaurants, the choices are fewer – but Greenwich and Blackheath are just a bus ride away. The shopping mall nearby has loads of shops like H&M, Wilko, WHSmith, Tiger, Argos, M&S, TKMaxx, etc
There is also a big Tesco, a big Asda, and two smaller Sainsbury’s, and two gyms all within walking distance of the station.
I know people talk about safety in Lewisham, but I have never felt unsafe here. It’s a multicultural town with lots to offer.

I really can’t think of anything at the moment, sorry.

What is the best feature of your home:

The kitchen, for sure. So much space for all my ingredients and gadgets.

Happy to live here

Fizzy Lewisham is very nice. We have a nice building, clean, warm, welcoming, pet friendly, we have security-make you feel safe and happy and we have a concierge.
Our building manager is Helen. She is one of the reasons that we have decided to stay another yer here. She is nice, every time when we have a problem regarding our flat , Helen done her best to fix it as fast as she could. For example when my washing machine broke, she called the engineer and when he said that it can’t be fixed she order a new one. In the meantime she let me use a washing machine from another flat.

Fizzy Lewisham is very well situated: 2,3 minutes away from Tesco, Asda, Lewisham Shopping Center, Lidl, restaurants, swimming pool, gym, train station, dlr. everything you want…name it…we have it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If i knew that i would love this home so much i would have moved in faster.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building manager responded promptly and with a solution every time.

Great location, great flat, great people!

the building & flat have a nice design and the furniture that came with the flat was very nice and good quality – I have been living here for 2 years and all the furniture is still standing! 🙂 If i had to think of a problem it would be the hot water supply that plagued our building a few times. However, our property managers are truly exceptional and went above and beyond to get the issue sorted.

The building is located in a very strategic location with super easy access to transports and amenities – restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. I work in the city and this location is perfect to commute to work and to enjoy the free time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

nothing really. I didn;t have any surprises moving here or while living here for the past two years. it has definitely be a good decision moving here and I am feeling nostalgic about moving already.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team is exceptional. They are very responsive and always try their best to help or sort out any problem that might arise. I can;t fault the team’s work for the past two years. Thank you very much for everything!

Happy Place

Design and facilities just suits my needs. Very modern and minimalist, spacious and strategic with using the space. Well lit and well maintained.

The management is great! Everything is well organised! All transactions are hassle free and convenient as well.

Great Connection to the City & Good Value

The building has a very nice modern design with a concierge and security. It’s well-maintained, cleaned daily and as a bonus there’s an included flat spring cleaning annually. Whenever there’s an issue in the flat, it’s quickly resolved by the property managers. My only complain would be the included furniture which could be a little bit better, although the kitchen facilities are great and good quality!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The is building is perfectly located right next to Lewisham National Rail and DLR stations as well as next to a few bus stations. Some of the buses are overnight and you can travel to and from the city easily! There are also a few supermarkets in walking distance and a cozy restaurant in the same building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I really am not able to think of anything I wish I knew before I moved in…

What is the best feature of your home:

The sense of community is a big one for me. People are friendly and there are events for all residents throughout the year although I think we could have more of these.

Glad I decided to move here

Everything is brand new, all the furniture and furnishings are good quality.
The common areas are cleaned very regularly, if not every day.
All the residents and the dogs are very friendly, first place in London I have lived where people actually talk to each other.

Building is very close to the station with excellent methods of transportation. There are plenty of stores and supermarkets around, as well as all the amenities you might need.

The area is very noisy, due to the police station nearby, constant sirens, all day and all night.

Nothing

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

More storage and closet space (better use of existing space)
