Fizzy Lewisham has a great community vibe and our property managers make our lives alot easier. The flats are really well designed to a high quality and are nice and peaceful. I really enjoy coming home every day.

Modern, efficient flats!

The development is very appealing. The flats are modern and very efficient, helping you save money on bills. The natural light that comes in is amazing and means you don’t have to put any lights on during daylight hours!
The common spaces are really spacious and always clean to a high standard with great little extras such as the library and the parcel cupboard.
Overall, this is my favourite place that I have lived in London and plan to stay here until I can buy a property.

The area is one of my favourite things about the fuzzy building. Right opposite the train station so you only have to leave a couple of minutes before your train. All the links the central London take the maximum of around 20 minutes which is ideal!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maybe a little document telling you all the local GP surgeries, hospitals, dentists and etc.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Hot tub on the roof!

Good location and nice flats

Good location and overall good size flat which is modern and airy / light and in a really ideal location. Tyrra and Helen are very friendly , however sometimes can be a little slow at maintenance and replying to requests, but they do get looked at.

Great atmosphere within the development and building and with the addition of the app – we can connect and communicate with other residents in both lewisham buildings.

Like the location – for the trains to central and in close proximity to the shopping centre and good line to stratford westfield. New pizza place nearby is good as lewisham is in need of a few more places to eat. Brings more people to area.

Great location and modern facilities

Nice looking building and modern facilities. There has always been an issue with hot water.
The furniture is a good add feature and the balcony is big.
The location makes the sun light to penetrate the whole apartment keeping it warm during the winter and the ventilated during summer.

Good place to live!

The building management is always quick to solve the problems and very easy to access them. When I have any issue, I email them and they reply in the same day.
Nice people and kind. The flats are modern, has a good decoration and has good furnitures as well.

Do not move into this bulding if you require hot water at certain points of you daily life. You’ll be lucky if it gets anywhere past lukewarm and will remain plain cold most of the time. Of course the bulding management is taking care of this by supplying the constant flow of apologies that might add a bit of comfort to your cold shower in the middle of January. If you don’t need hot water you should be fine here. Other facilities are fine and the commute is good.

The area is getting more and more developed, however when the planned construction will be started will be noisy during daytime

Good for short term rent. Ok value but decent spaces to live in.

The development of good. I think the design could be better considered for more pleasant living standards. Rent goes up every year which eventually makes the space not worth it compared to others available. Also it’s meant to be environmental development but I don’t see where the sustainable aspects are…

Flat is well insulated general quality of build is good but have saved in better for the price. Bob is helpful with easy requests but don’t follow up bigger issues that go on for years without being solved. Flats are quite dark and have unnecessary pet window with blocks out much needed light.

That rent would go up regardless of market trends

Great, amazing before becoming on my radar

Location and design of flats are amazing. Building management although on site concierge is great and does everything in her power to resolve issues, senior building management have drastically become much poorer. This is in terms of heating, faults, repairs and Sky. The rent is now sky high for the facilities and is no longer competitive.

Location, quality and happiness

The building itself, although not very appealing from the outside, is actually fantastic on the inside. The general reception area is well lit and has seating and plug points available. You can even sit there and work if you like. The elevators are a bit slow, but they serve their purpose.

Each floor has the same layout. The carpeted hallways are kept clean and are regularly vacuumed. The flats themselves benefit from their modern design and provide ample space. The flats have wooden floors and high quality finishes. The flat comes with a dishwasher, washing machine and fridge. The apartment has central heating, controlled by one controlling unit. The bathroom has heated towel rails.

You have an option of a one bedroom/one bathroom or two bedroom/two bathroom apartment. You also have the option to rent a furniture pack to have your apartment furnished. The furniture supplied is clean and fits the modern design of the apartment.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the general location (being close to the station) and it is very convenient to have a huge Tesco nearby as well as the Lewisham shopping mall.

The only thing I dislike (which isn’t controllable) is the amount of wind.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The lifts are sometimes out of order/faulty. Also, the access control to the building needs some work.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not all. I am still waiting for them to come fix a leak in my ceiling… and it has been over a month. Also, the window of my apartment is faulty, which I reported when I moved in. More than 6 months have passed and it hasn’t been sorted out.

Fizzy Lewisham

The building is very modern and functional, always very well maintained and clean. Our flat itself is spacious and well laid out and having a good sized balcony is a real bonus. The building also seems to be very efficient, for example we haven’t put our heating on once since moving in and the flat remains at a consistently warm temperature.

Lewisham has all the local facilities you could need with plenty of shopping and eating opportunities. The best thing about this area is how close we are to Greenwhich park, this proximity to green space is really important to me. Being right outside lewisham station means we have quick access into the central London.
