Fizzy have been a marvel. Always in touch, keeping up with any possible issues the tenants might have, responsible and active. From little nice details like getting your parcels for you if you’re out or getting in touch with you as soon as there’s any possible issue you need to know of, to very important events like safety and building check ups that they constantly go through – they’re always on top of things.The staff are helpful, always responding to calls and e-mails, as well as trying to aid you in figuring out any possible problems, and patient when you have requests or queries.In addition, they always organise wonderful little events that make living here feel more connected, like you’re a part of a community.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

My location is extremely close to the DLR and Southeastern stations, as well as to numerous bus stops that go in all possible directions, which is EXTREMELY convenient. In addition, there are several big grocery shopping locations, all within a 3-minute walking distance, as well as a big pharmacy and several GP locations + a big hospital. In general, the location is wonderful and allows for easy transportation and any possible services you might need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything I hadn’t known before I moved in – I was told about everything on my virtual (skype) flat viewing, even about the possible noise outside when the windows are open. (And I have to give props – when the windows are closed you can’t hear a thing, so it’s not a problem at all.)

Flats in Brick Kiln Two are really well designed – good layout, floor to ceiling windows, a light and airy feel, and surprisingly private given it’s sandwiched between two other blocks. We moved in when it was brand new, and the finish and facilities in flat are all fine.
We have a 5th floor north facing flat and the views are lovely – green and verdant tree covered views towards Greenwich, and tall towers of Canary Wharf and the City look stunning against the sunsets. We’ve enjoyed the views much more than we expected to!

Great location, partly because it has great links to lots of very different neighbourhoods – short walks to Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford, Catford, Brockley, and just ten minutes from central London. Not overstocked with great restaurants and pubs but there are some – and they are hidden gems. Decent shopping options including great fruit and veg market.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That dog owners are the worst. They should be completely banned from the roof. Am still baffled by the £20 a month charge for having a cat though – I cant work out how this is justified. If a cat somehow damaged the flat, why wouldn’t this just be taken off the deposit? Whereas dogs stink up the lifts, and leave their mess in on the roof… I’d charge them double, and make cats free!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally the management is responsive, repairs arranged quickly, though a few early snagging problems took a long while to sort – the door locks replaced three times although ours worked fine, which was a supremely annoying process….

Benn here for 3 years and still love it. Flat is well laid out with all modern amenities. The building is clean, safe and secure with such a friendly vibe with fellow tenants. It’s nice to get a hello and a chat with people here. Great sense of community. Building management are friendly and helpful and nothing is no trouble. Well done To all the Fizzy team.

Only bad thing locally here is parking. Luckily I don’t have a car but when I get visitors who do it can be problematic.

Well connected spacious apartments and responsive Property management

Building in itself is a well constructed with good quality material. The couriers on non-Covid days are received by the Bob and secured in a room for residents to collect later. The apartment is also well designed and spacious given London standards. It’s quite airy and bright with big windows and the terrace. Furniture standards could be better.

Excellent connectivity with bus stops, taxi stands, SW trains, and DLR right at door step.
Parks nearby, and supermarkets are just a small walk. The restaurants and pubs are not that fancy though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have though about the sun and the terrace direction. Mine is north facing and hardly gets any sun and is generally windy. But that’s due to my ignorance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We communicate of any issues either through an app or via email. Tyrra the Bob is quite responsive to any issues and facilitates on time. And she is very approachable.

Beautiful view and modern flats

I have been living here for almost a year now. Very good development, modern furniture, nice balcony, with a view to the small park near the Quaggy River. River Mill Two even has a nice little bookshelf in the lobby. The Bobs are usually responsive.

I moved to London about 2 years ago and moved about until I found Fizzy Lewisham at the end of 2019 I just love my Fizzy flat and feel extremely comfortable and happy here. The community of Fizzy family are extremely friendly and welcoming. There is always someone around that you can chat to while walking the dog or ask for general advice on the area! I also love how close we are to Blackheath and Greenwich Parks! Loki loves his daily walks there!
The double door entrance makes the flats feel more safe and secure. If anything is wrong it is easy and quick to contact Helen or one of the other residence to get some quick advice.
Fizzy really is the place to be if you need a pet friendly lock up and go!

Fizzy Lewisham has a fantastic location with every shop you could possibly need from supermarkets to bakeries to sports shops all within a stones throw of the flats. The area is really great and also very close to Blackheath park and greenwich park which is a personal favourite of mine. There aren’t really negatives except for perhaps some homeless people living in the park below the building and using the area for the toilet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How all the cost structures worked. There is no issue with it but I didn’t realise what was included and what was excluded from my additional costs on top of my rent.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

There are a lot of people smoking marijuana outside and a couple homeless people using the park as a toilet and place to sleep which can be a bit unsettling.

The design of the flat is good. Originally thought the full length balcony was a good addition, however now I think a bigger flat would be better, with a small balcony added similar to all the flats below. Building management is good, bins are in good condition and delivery’s are help for us.

Restaurant and pubs are far and few between and the ones that are here aren’t nice to be in.

The local area. Doesn’t seem to be many good bars/clubs.

Modern flats but at the same time cozy. Haven’t had any downsides to point, everything is great, kitchen makes you want to cook, bedroom and living room areas with big windows and balcony, rooftop communal area with a nice 360’ view, where we have fantastic views: London from far, Greenwich and Canary Wharf. Furnished apartment with good quality furniture. Great if you have pets!!! What more can I say Fizzy Living means Happy Living !

Great family area, lovely if you have dogs! Nice Vinothec restaurant dog friendly too. Well connected to train and for.

We moved to London right before lock down took effect, creating much anxiety for us in finding a home that would accommodate our two cats, as well as facilitate our location requirements. With Fizzy we got both. Beautifully designed, modern apartments with lovely views over central London, functioning amenities and all appliances included. Friendly and effective property management who respond to queries instantly. Repairs needed always carried out promptly. Love the location, very close proximity to Greenwich Park. We Have no complaints and are very happy with our choice in Fizzy Lewisham. For a couple that moved to London only 3 months ago, Fizzy has made our move everything we dreamt of.

We absolutely love that Blackheath Commons and Greenwich Park are a short walk way. Makes our lockdown walks highly enjoyable. Lovely little restaurants and all major grocery stores within walking distance.

We wish we could have been aware of amenities options, such as water and energy.

The interior could be a bit more modern. The fridge is a bit on the cheap side and struggles to keep food cold. There are hot water issues quite frequently and they’re have been issues with the lifts, but things seem to be stabilising a bit now with these.

Management are quite quick to respond to inquiries.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Easy access to a large Tesco 2 minutes away, and access to other shops for basics at the shopping centre.

The location allows for quick transport to London Bridge at about 13 minutes.

As for negatives, we are facing an ugly, bare construction site for another phase of the Lewisham Gateway, and a pretty ugly little park which they spent a long time constructing. There’s lots of rubbish in the river.

I wish I had known the construction of the next phase of the Gateway project would take this long (even outside of any delays from Coronavirus)

What is the best feature of your home:

I like the laundry room that we have. This isn’t the same for all apartments in the building however. We also have quite a big closet to hang coats and shoes etc

My wife works from home and I do believe this apartment just makes her a Disneyland as a home-lover. Bright, cozy and perfect size. Can’t be happier with the 5-stars property management. Besides, this is a pet-friendly community. Everyone we meet in the building are all so willing to meet new furry friends. The community always keep high standard hygiene, which is so crucial for people living with pets. Considering the coronavirus spreading in the world, I now much more appreciate the consistent attention of hygiene form the management team.

This location is perfect for those who work in central. Minutes away from a large Tesco and a shopping centre. Police station is just behind the building.

Not sure. I didn’t come with the viewing and literally I don’t make decision.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Normally respond within 24 hours. Efficient, professional. My wife is a super fan of the lovely team.
