Fizzy have been a marvel. Always in touch, keeping up with any possible issues the tenants might have, responsible and active. From little nice details like getting your parcels for you if you’re out or getting in touch with you as soon as there’s any possible issue you need to know of, to very important events like safety and building check ups that they constantly go through – they’re always on top of things.The staff are helpful, always responding to calls and e-mails, as well as trying to aid you in figuring out any possible problems, and patient when you have requests or queries.In addition, they always organise wonderful little events that make living here feel more connected, like you’re a part of a community.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

My location is extremely close to the DLR and Southeastern stations, as well as to numerous bus stops that go in all possible directions, which is EXTREMELY convenient. In addition, there are several big grocery shopping locations, all within a 3-minute walking distance, as well as a big pharmacy and several GP locations + a big hospital. In general, the location is wonderful and allows for easy transportation and any possible services you might need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything I hadn’t known before I moved in – I was told about everything on my virtual (skype) flat viewing, even about the possible noise outside when the windows are open. (And I have to give props – when the windows are closed you can’t hear a thing, so it’s not a problem at all.)

The Fizzy development feels new, clean, and contemporary. The furnishings (in furnished flats) are minimal and versatile so you can really make the place your own, even if furnished. The balconies offer a lot of space especially in the penthouse flats – super impressive.

I like how management have introduced an app for tenants to interact which has enabled us to build a real sense of community.

With Fizzy Lewisham opposite the station and London Bridge just a stop away, you’re really well connected. It also cuts down your commute time for those of you who are still in the office.

Aside from the station, there’s many different amenities within a stone’s throw – supermarkets, gyms, banks, a food market, as well as a few cafes and pubs. Lewisham has pretty much everything on your doorstep.

The only thing it can improve on is nightlife – I don’t think there are really any bars. Just the odd pub. So don’t move here for the nightlife!

I wish I’d known there was a Nando’s in Lewisham before last week… another bonus 😂

How spacious it is! Quite the contrast to most places in London

Genuinely the best rental flats in London

Fizzy Lewisham is genuinely the best rental flat that we have been in London. It has the best finishes and it is very easy to maintain because everything is new and well designed. The flats are very spacious and the storage units in them are very useful to keep all your bits and bobs, The rooftop terrace is a fantastic place to go when you need a break.
Another great thing is that with the fantastic Fizzy App you can get stuff fixed in the blink of an eye. The building management staff is very kind and helpful at all times. They also make sure that the communal areas are always looking great.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The best thing about Fizzy Lewisham is how well connected it is, being 1 minute away from DLR and train stations. There are lots of parks nearby which is great for going out to do exercise and be closer to nature.
There are quite a few cosy cafes around and independent restaurants, the shopping centre has lots of convenient stores for the household.

It can get a bit noisy due to traffic but only if the windows are open. The double glazing blocks most of the loud noises.

-A foldable bike comes with each flat to encourage doing exercise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has always responded swiftly to all requests in the past, always trying their best to fix any issues as soon as possible.

Great place, excellent location!

Building is well maintained and management is very helpful with repairs. I live in a 1-bedroom and very spacious for 2 people, hardwood floors and great lighting.
Pet friendly which is always a plus.
However, it could use a gym and a trash chute instead of tanking it to the ground floor through the elevator.

Great location, right next to the DLR and national rail. Very close to grocery/ supermarkets and some pretty good restaurants. Construction is going on during the day but evenings and weekends are nice and quiet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Got a welcome package when I moved in. 🙂 but Would have love to have known that there wasn’t a trash chute.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Shower door could be longer as to avoid water spilling out of bath tub.

Our building is nice and the flats are airy. Everything is newly fitted, and any issues are taken care of quickly by the maintenance team. On the downside, you do have 2 train lines nearby, and there is a building site which is very active. We have also had some issues with building security. However, our BOB, Helen, is fab and very efficient at getting things sorted. We have lots of social events throughout the year so we can get to know our neighbours (with prosecco!). The biggest plus of all is that the buildings are pet friendly!

Lewisham is great for shops and bars, we have a lovely pizza restaurant downstairs and the shopping centre is super close! You also have fantastic transport links right on the doorstep, as well as being a short walk away from Blackheath and Greenwich Park.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise from the trains and road is absolutely constant and the area is quite unsafe after dark. In summer the flats get incredibly hot, and the bin sheds are enough to stink out most communal areas. I wish I knew that getting parcel deliveries would be so difficult as well as there is so much parcel theft.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been supportive regarding the recent situation with parcel thefts, and are always good with any maintenance issues.

As a whole the development works really well and has everything you need. Some aspects of the design quality aren’t to the best standard but still good. The facilities management team are very quick to respond to queries and issues and are approachable.

Perfect location, great flat and building design. We love that building is secured and has stylish decor.
It’s in walking distance to the lewisham high street and shops (o. Tesco, M&S); it’s also 10-15 walk to Greenwich park.
Highly recommend Fizzy! 🙂

The development makes life easy, and everyone is friendly. Mostly quick to answer to problems and faults, and deal with them well. The flats are roomy with adequate storage spaces, which is normally a make or break for me. The balconies see nice sun around the afternoon, especially when it’s hottest.

Local transport is fantastic and the proximity to the high Street is easy.

the metal fins on the side of the building are very loud when the wind is strong.

Flats in Brick Kiln Two are really well designed – good layout, floor to ceiling windows, a light and airy feel, and surprisingly private given it’s sandwiched between two other blocks. We moved in when it was brand new, and the finish and facilities in flat are all fine.
We have a 5th floor north facing flat and the views are lovely – green and verdant tree covered views towards Greenwich, and tall towers of Canary Wharf and the City look stunning against the sunsets. We’ve enjoyed the views much more than we expected to!

Great location, partly because it has great links to lots of very different neighbourhoods – short walks to Greenwich, Blackheath, Deptford, Catford, Brockley, and just ten minutes from central London. Not overstocked with great restaurants and pubs but there are some – and they are hidden gems. Decent shopping options including great fruit and veg market.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That dog owners are the worst. They should be completely banned from the roof. Am still baffled by the £20 a month charge for having a cat though – I cant work out how this is justified. If a cat somehow damaged the flat, why wouldn’t this just be taken off the deposit? Whereas dogs stink up the lifts, and leave their mess in on the roof… I’d charge them double, and make cats free!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally the management is responsive, repairs arranged quickly, though a few early snagging problems took a long while to sort – the door locks replaced three times although ours worked fine, which was a supremely annoying process….

Benn here for 3 years and still love it. Flat is well laid out with all modern amenities. The building is clean, safe and secure with such a friendly vibe with fellow tenants. It’s nice to get a hello and a chat with people here. Great sense of community. Building management are friendly and helpful and nothing is no trouble. Well done To all the Fizzy team.

Only bad thing locally here is parking. Luckily I don’t have a car but when I get visitors who do it can be problematic.

Well connected spacious apartments and responsive Property management

Building in itself is a well constructed with good quality material. The couriers on non-Covid days are received by the Bob and secured in a room for residents to collect later. The apartment is also well designed and spacious given London standards. It’s quite airy and bright with big windows and the terrace. Furniture standards could be better.

Excellent connectivity with bus stops, taxi stands, SW trains, and DLR right at door step.
Parks nearby, and supermarkets are just a small walk. The restaurants and pubs are not that fancy though.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have though about the sun and the terrace direction. Mine is north facing and hardly gets any sun and is generally windy. But that’s due to my ignorance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We communicate of any issues either through an app or via email. Tyrra the Bob is quite responsive to any issues and facilitates on time. And she is very approachable.
