Loving Our Lockdown Life!

The building and surrounding area is ideally situated and the development is modern, clean and well proportioned.

We actually ended up having a live virtual tour as couldn’t be there due to COVID but the tour was excellent and seeing the flat was even better than expected.

A shout out to the BOBs too they manage the properties very well indeed and always respond quickly to any issues should they arise.

All in all an absolute pleasure to be a tenant with Fizzy, couldn’t recommend highly enough .

All mod cons and everything works the way you expect – one particular aspect we enjoy is the sound proofing on windows and doors as city life can sometimes be loud at times.

We’ve lived in similar places before but this development is easily the best one yet and we intend to stay for a long while yet.

Living in Lewisham is great. Despite us moving into our lovely new Fizzy abode during lockdown we have enjoyed the area immensely. The local area has great amenities a short distance walk and whilst there are only a few bars and restaurants living so close to places like Greenwich and Blackfriars more than makes up for this.

Transport links are also spot on; with DLR and overground running multiple services regularly – is an ideal location .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Fizzy app is very good for community groups and gives a good flavour of what others do and think about the area, so perhaps letting respective tenants down kind of similar access could be of benefit .

What is the best feature of your home:

Best feature is how modern and fresh the flat is. All mod cons too makes it very nice place to spend time in.
Location too is a definite plus point.

The interior is really nice with plenty of kitchen cupboards and a nice modern bathroom. Rooms are specious and the large windows means that it feels airy and light. The building management is really helpful and it’s a nice place to live for people looking for somewhere quiet that is well connected.

I moved in at Christmas. It was really easy and convenient. The building is right next to a train station and a large super market and there is very little noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When I moved in, I used the key fob to open the main door and move my stuff through that. I have since discovered that many people open the double fire doors instead which are much bigger and nearer to where you can park. This would have made it easier if I had known I could open these.

What is the best feature of your home:

It’s really quiet and private. I like that I don’t feel overlooked and that there is no noise in the evenings.

Fizzy se13 living

The building management is absolutely amazing nothing bad to say about it always there when you need them, there is always someone to talk to you and your problem is always solved. The design of the building is so beautiful that is what drew me closer to moving there in the first place .

There are a lot of shops and restaurants in this area including a shopping centre with lovely owners, friendly bin collectors and no traffic disruptions

I wished i knew beautiful the view was and how lovely the area is before I came, I would’ve moved in sooner .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are always on top of my problem within minutes, noting bad to say about it to be honest.

Nice layout of the apartment. There is more than enough living space for two people and a dog. All the facilities within the apartment are modern and well designed. It also fairly easy to receive packages whilst at work because of the storage lockers in the lobby.

Great proximity to the city. Great transport links, whether it’s the train, bus or DLR. And that Fizzy is dog friendly!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing which I wish I had known prior to moving in would be to know if there was bike storage space.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of living at fizzy Lewisham is that it is pet friendly.

We really love the development and flat, The Lewisham Bobs are both extremely helpful and always happy to help if we have any issues or questions. Our flat has lovely views and a long balcony which our dog loves! There is a nice little park next to the flats which is great when it’s open. The roof terrace is another great space to go especially if it’s sunny. Overall a lovely place to live.

Lewisham is a great place to live. Transport links are excellent with the DLR and mainline station directly next to the flats. There’s a lot of development nearby so it’s a little noisy at the moment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have been told of any potential developments that could affect our enjoyment of the flat.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I wouldn’t change anything about the flat itself. It would be good if the park was open more often.

We have been living in this development for over three years now and it has been nothing less but an amazing experience. Building is new, clean and well maintained. Lewisham Bob- Helen, is always helpful and gets things done in no time. Fizzy management dealt with the current situation extremely well. They’ve followed all government guidelines yet made it easy for their tenants to adapt to the new reality. Location of the building is really convenient for daily shopping as well as relaxing in Greenwich Park or Blackheath.

Fizzy lewisham is located on the doorstep of the DLR and train station. It is ideal for commuting to central London and the City.

I wish I would known how quickly Lewisham will develop over last few years. Number of new buildings around is mind blowing.

What is the best feature of your home:

Roof terrace. Views from there are lovely and it is a nice place to socialise with neighbours.

The design is very moderm and clean. I am new to the area. I like the fact that when I get lost on my daily “lockdown ” walks…I can always find my way back as you an see the building from long distance

I love the area. 2 minutes walk from the station makes me feel save when I come late at night from work. Very close fro the shops and just a 15 minutes walk from blackheath and a 30 from Greenwich.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t know that you cannot recicle waste food. Never lived in a flat before and didn’t know that

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The rubbish store room. On Sundays the lobby smells really bad

The benefits s found at Fizzy regarding management, maintenance, design, tenants advantages and location looked so positive with fantastic reviews, we decided to sign a tenancy agreement without actually viewing the flat first. Maintenance has been absolutely impecable offering a service within 24h notice, with direct accessibility to building management “BOB” during weekdays who trully show care and interest in your wellbeing inside the facility. Added with highly cost efficient and capped bills and access to efficient Internet service. Furthermore, Fizzy gives you access to latest technology appliances from your kitchen to parcel collection in the lobby.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Due to its fantastic location Fizzy provides a great range of benefits. Halfway between the city centre and the outside of London offers a great compromise between the vibrant city experience and access to green environments and parks within walking distance. Walking distance to the DLR, a great range of restaurants and shopping facilities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lewisham developed new facilities in front of fizzy accommodation. A notice should of been posted for future tenants.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

If I could bring an improvement I would attach water softeners for the entire facility. As limescale is very high in London water supplies.

Overall, the design of the building is great. It’s a good mix of modern and homey. You walk in, and it’s a funky feel with blue couches and patterned wallpapers through the front doors. Not to mention, the small “Fizzy Library” shelves that residents contribute not just books, but puzzles, DVDs and games, too. When living with Fizzy, you also have access to a Fizzy App strictly for residents. All residents are on it, and it has what I could only described as a “Wall”. Here, residents can communicate with each other and create Clubs for others to join. In the time of a pandemic, Fizzy didn’t lose sight of the importance of a community. They continued with ensuring residents were kept happy and involved through the use of a pumpkin carving competition, virtual yoga and workout classes, and the latest was a relaxing bath fizzer for everyone as a relaxation gift.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I adore living in Fizzy Lewisham. It is such an amazing flat, and the area is currently being developed. There is a selection of grocery shops within 5 minutes of the development, and lots of little cafes and restaurants to choose from. Just outside of the development is a little park, with a small “river” that runs through it. There is also a rooftop terrace that I will definitely be spending a lot more time on this summer! But even during New Year’s Eve, that was the best fireworks show I had ever seen from there. Panoramic views allowed access to multiple fireworks shows at once.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The mailing system there can be a bit difficult. A lot of packages end up going to the other Fizzy building around the corner, and not to your actual flat. But the community is very quick to report these mistakes, and our fob allows us easy access to the other building.

What is the best feature of your home:

The storage space is something that is so hard to find in London these days. We have so much space, we’ve converted one (out of two) of our entryway closets into a food pantry and dry storage. It’s that massive. Also, something really cool we didn’t expect, was finding a folding bike in the closet. We thought the previous tenant had left it, and Helen informed us every flat includes a bike!

The building itself is made really well. I will list below a few important items we were looking for that were ticked by this building’s design and layout.
1. STORAGE – This property is one of the very few properties with 1 bed flats featuring this much storage space. We loved the large corridor and utility room.
2. DESIGN – The flat design is beautiful. We have views of both central london and a south facing balcony! Additionally, we loved the floor to ceiling windows, large bedroom and integrated kitchen.
3. ACTIVE BUILDING MANAGEMENT – The building management team is very proactive and we feel there is someone to reach out to.
4. SECURITY – The building requires key fob entry to the main area, lifts, stairs and even garbage room which gave a huge sense of security.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

This property is steps away from both national rail and DLR with great direct connections to Canary Wharf and central london.
There are a bunch of grocery stores within 4-10 mins of the property including asian and Indian goods stores which were particularly what I was looking for when searching.
If you have your own car then it’s not great as the building has no parking but street parking is available nearby.
Within 10 mins walking from the property is Lewisham Shopping Centre which has high street stores and a farmers market out front which is great!
The sound proofing of the building is excellent and we don’t hear traffic/ train sounds at all. The insulation between flats is super and you don’t even hear your neighbors which gives a very premium feel.

Security is top notch with fob for entry, lifts, stairs and bin room.

What is the best feature of your home:

Floor to ceiling windows and the accompanying views!

Good development located immediately opposite Lewisham train station. The flat is spacious with good use of storage space. We have lived here for 3 years and really like the space, especially due to the balcony which was a lifesaver during lockdown for a change of scene. Property management is good, queries are dealt with quickly. Post can be an issue as the delivery drivers get the buildings mixed up but when the Bob’s are on site, that seems to be less of a problem.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is great, it has good transport links into Central London from Lewisham train station. Lewisham shopping centre is nearby as well as a large Tesco. Lots of different green spaces within a 20 minute walk and a couple of good restaurants / pubs within walking distance.

There is no parking on the street and drop off spaces are limited. There’s a large construction site opposite but the triple glazing windows tend to keep the noise out.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Post / deliveries can be an issue so I’d recommend giving instructions on deliveries to avoid issues. Parking / drop off can be difficult as the loading bay now has bollards halting access so worth checking out access in advance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently and the Lewisham Bob’s are easily contactable.
