Storeton, PJLivesey contract management building of homes is a cheap way of building homes but the price for poor workmanship at the end of the day is paid for by the home owner.

Having bought our dream home cash we would have thought the quality was matching the marketing you see on the net, but I’m sorry to say the standard of the house they handed over was very disappointing. Shabby workmanship, very poor standards of rendering that they tried to paint over as a fix, door frames that warp in the heat ( door frame was so bad that the door would not close until the sun went down). Paint splatters over the brick work, guttering, windows, canopy, and down pipes to the front of the house. Writing on the inside of the double glaze windows , cracks in the concrete flooring, slates falling off the roof in normal weather and the list goes on. They make a profit by having contractors do all the work but this work is not checked for quality and this is what lets the concept down. I warn anyone buying one of these houses to think carefully before buying PJLivesey home, you could be in for a very sorry regrettable time.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Storeton is a lovely area on the Wirral. In a rural setting close to the sea the area benefits from beautiful locations such as Heswall, West Kirby and Park gate.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

1, I wish I had known that they contract all of the work out
2, I wish I had known that they don’t give an agreement time for outstanding work to be carried out
3, Contracts for buying are not addressed, a buyer two houses away converted his house into a Air B and B and every weekend we suffer parties of people drunk and loud. which is against the covenance. Also vans and camper vans are parked on the driveways which again is against the covenance.
4, correspondence with the site agents is very slow.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of this home is the Scandi looks from the front of the house.

Recommended Accommodation in Liverpool!

The room is beautifully designed, having a sense of feeling like home. The room comes with smart TV, which means you can watch YouTube or Netflix whenever you want. Moreover, it comes with small kitchen, which means you can cook any small meals while living here.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is really good; it is located near Albert Dock, where you can always go and chill out. Also, it is located opposite James Street train station and bus stops, which means you can go out every easily.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the building was done before I started my Master’s Degree so that I can move in faster!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responds always come very fast. The staffs always care about their tenants with any issues we may raise.
