Gunter Estate Development reviews

“Courtfield Gardens is one of those developments that just epitomises luxury South Kensington living. According to the history books, construction began on the building back in 1873 and wrapped up in 1881, and those all-important traditional 19th-century features have remained. The narrow façades are all sash windows, porched entrances and black wrought-iron gates, all sitting pretty on one of London’s most exclusive residential streets.” HomeViews Property Pro on Courtfield Gardens

Enjoyed living there

It is a nice development i enjoy living there. Things function as they should and aside a few hickups in terms of bills i have enjoyed living in the property. The neighbors are nice. Sometimes noisy but the design is good. The insulation isn’t great

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like the area because it has charm but is central and walking distance to shops etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

High bills
