Development in keeping with the environment

Excellent very high standard, specifications are of good quality. As I have just moved in I can not comment on property management, however the sales staff were available each time and produced
Documentation of who to get in touch with and how. They when through everything with you and answered any questions they were knowledgeable about the apartment and development. Whole experience was excellent.

The amenities are on your doorstep from transportation by bus,car,train easy reach of Birmingham international and Airport..
Also top quality shops, hotels, restaurants,cinema & theatre.

Wish I had made my decision sooner to buy than later.

What is the best feature of your home:

The views the layout of the apartment the bathroom’s.

Snow hill area

I like that is new building, it is quite clean and kept well maintained and I can alter the decoration to suit my needs to the way I like. It is very quiet considering is is very close to the city centre

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like this area because it is close to city centre and is very convenient and what I dislike is the parking and there is higher Premium in car insurance. The Entrance to the door could’ve been designed with a better a lock as you turn and pull the door to get in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would of liked to of known how clean the area was outside the building and would have like security for the building.

What is the best feature of your home:

The fact that everything is new and clean and comfortable to use.

Design fault

Beautiful one bedroom apartment, miss not having bath when two beds has 3 toilets, bath and shower which I feel is waste of space as compromised on living area/kitchen. Design fault. High spec, bit pricey.

Area is fantastic for high-speed links to London and Eurostar. Town centre short walk, cinema and designer outlet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Positioning of TV as sun spot and unable to watch during day unless blinds constantly shut

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Not applicable to me. I go straight to my landlord for any issues

Perfect for me so far

I’ve only lived here for 3 months and haven’t had any issues. It can be too warm in the summer especially in the corridor.
The maintenance of the building is great my apartment is quite new and the furnishings are very cosy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that its close to my work place and to town which is only a 10min walk.
I dont really like the area at night, it can be a bit dodgy.

Everything is perfect for me so far. I’ve had no issues.

What is the best feature of your home:

Living room is comfy and the bedroom has plenty of space
