We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

I've moved into this building over 9 months ago thinking that living here will be extremely enjoyable, however, the area and building itself come with a lot of disadvantages. It might be close to city centre which is a plus, however, the homeless in the area make the area feel unsafe, there is also lots of drug-dealing happening in the neighbourhood which is not a plus at all. On top of that, there are constant problems with the parking gate which stops working regularly including the communal doors as their locks had to be replaced 2-3 times since moving in, meaning that anyone could have accessed the building without the key which is a huge security risk which led to homeless living in the building. Hiring security and replacing the communal door locks with fobs might solve these issues.

It's generally quite quiet, no traffic noise. People are very polite around the area and I've never had any trouble. Security in the building is great, I've lived here for nearly 3 years and never had an issue. The building is mainly full of students and workers and we rarely get any trouble.

I find that the front door to the building is very heavy and you have to pull instead of push which is convenient sometimes. I also dont like that there isn't a reception when you enter the building.

Really like the apartment and my balcony. The design is great and its always warm. Ive never had to put my heating on and i love it. The building is always clean so I've never had any complaints even though i haven't lived here long.

I've only lived here for 3 months and haven't had any issues. It can be too warm in the summer especially in the corridor. The maintenance of the building is great my apartment is quite new and the furnishings are very cosy.
