We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

The apartment is modern and well designed, it's bright and warm, and has a great built in kitchen. I love the balcony with a view looking onto the Trent, the car parking has modern electric charging facilities which makes it future proof. Very well laid out.

High quality finish in the apartment, some marks on the wall and units from previous tenant but nothing too serious. Walls in the stairwell are marked as well, the walls are white so it stands out quite a bit. Development is generally quite clean and tidy. Security is quite a good with a key code entry door to the lobby and cameras on the outside.

Need parking and tenants should be able to get their own meter reads and not rely on cleaners to get them. We need parking permits for all tenants. Even if it’s not allocated we should at least be able to park in the visitors parking

The apartment is great, very warm and has a lot of light. The layout and facilities are well thought through and make living conditions very easy and pleasant. One recommendation for the development would be to create an entry fob for residents, so that we don’t have to use the entry code every time - that is definitely a bit inconvenient.
