Elevate Property Group Reviews

“It’s generally quite quiet, no traffic noise. People are very polite around the area and I’ve never had any trouble. Security in the building is great, I’ve lived here for nearly 3 years and never had an issue. The building is mainly full of students and workers and we rarely get any trouble.” – Sam AJ, a verified resident at Honduras Wharf, B19

Perfect for me so far

I’ve only lived here for 3 months and haven’t had any issues. It can be too warm in the summer especially in the corridor.
The maintenance of the building is great my apartment is quite new and the furnishings are very cosy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I like that its close to my work place and to town which is only a 10min walk.
I dont really like the area at night, it can be a bit dodgy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is perfect for me so far. I’ve had no issues.

What is the best feature of your home:

Living room is comfy and the bedroom has plenty of space

City living in Ashford

Victoria point is a modern apartment building with the added benefit of a concierge service which is extremely helpful in this day and age with the amount of online shopping everyone does!! There have been a few issues regarding the management of the building however there has been clear steps taken to redeem this with regular resident/management meetings taking place which is great

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Victoria point is right in the heart of ashford. The train station is literally over the road, and is just a 10 minute walk into town where the local cinema, shops and restaurants are. Alternatively it’s also just a 10minute walk to the ashford designer outlet!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To be honest the estate agents done a great job explaining all the benefits to this property so we felt well informed when moving in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unfortunately response originally has been quite slow however we have certainly seen an improvement since new management came in

Building is well built with a car park for residents

Building is well built with a car park for residents. There is also a outside area where residents can enter which is nice during the summer. Each property is designed well and very modern. Heating also works in the building despite it still being warm without turning them on.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Property close to the station and central area of Ashford. Also outlet is 10-15 mins walk from here. Can get noisy from the streets and petrol station but its not very often.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Good landlords who regularly perform checks on the building
