About Affinity Living

Affinity Living wants to help renters “find affinity where they live”. From the freedom to decorate, to flexible tenancies, to welcoming pet policies (with no restrictions on dogs) – residents get a home they can really make their own.

Beyond their apartment, there’s plenty of social space that residents are encouraged to see as an extension of their home. The ground floors are regularly taken over for free resident events, helping create a vibrant community where you’ll always feel right at home.

Best place and location to live in mcr

The building is beautiful and has many spaces to relax however the co working space gets very loud because of the noice from Loaf so you couldn’t have customer facing meetings downstairs. The maintenance staff is really friendly but the affinity staff themselves could definitely be more friendly

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is perfect, very central. However there is noise from the street especially on Thursday Friday and Saturday night with people going out and being very loud.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The social aspect from the building is great. Very friendly tenants and nice events

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With the problems within our own flat they fixed most of them very quickly and great work but one cupboard door they said they cannot fix which is very annoying

Laurence place is a great building to live in

Laurence place is a great building to live in, the staff are all very helpful and if anything is broken it gets fixed straight away. Affinity living always put on great events for the residents, the cafe downstairs is amazing and a great place to work from home. It’s also very handy having a gym on site. I would highly recommend living here.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Really good area of town to live in, very central with lots of good restaurants but out of the way enough that there isn’t lots of noise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known that there were building works planned for across the way because they do start with noisy works early in the morning, but that’s probably true for most places in town.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve never raised a problem but I’m sure the building management would respond quickly.

The best place to live in Manchester

The building is beautiful. From the outside it stands out and the inside, the design of the flat is great and very beautiful. The building is also maintained well and kept up to a high standard. Honestly feels like you’re living in a great hotel instead of an apartment block.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location of Riverview is great being close to a lot of restaurants, bars but also being far enough out of the city that’s it’s not too loud. Being close to the river Irwell also makes for a great view!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how many building events there are and how the idea of a community is emphasized in the building as this would’ve encouraged me to move in earlier.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues that we raised were dealt with efficiently x

Great apartment in central location!

The design of the building is modern and minimalistic. It has fantastic facilities including coffee machine, lounging area with plugs and charging ports. The gym is also available to use in the next building. The apartment is equipped with everything required. The building and property management are very prompt in handling any issues.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Amazing central and quiet location, close to shops, restaurants and public transportation.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues raised has been replied and handled promptly
