When I step into Riverside, the lounge area immediately wraps me in its inviting ambiance. I love that there's a free coffee and drinks machine available; it's a nice perk when I'm craving a warm beverage. My studio is snug and comfortable, although there's a lingering smell likely from previous tenants' pets. Fortunately, it dissipates within seconds after entering, mostly noticeable when I return from outside.

The colours and minimalistic design of both buildings are one of the reasons that i chose to rent. The coffee machine at the reception area make tenants feel as it is part pf their own apartment something that i really enoy. What i would recommend as an improvement is the salto system to be better updated ans synch with the key doors for main entrances and apartments

The development is decent, has the modern feel with modern appliances. Only complaint is regarding the sink where it gathers water too easily and difficult to dry. The gym provided is decent. The number of staff could be improved, as a lot of the time they are out servicing other tenants and the desk would be left empty a lot. Some staff are not very helpful, but some are much more helpful.

The building is wonderful and almost feels like a hotel - everywhere is clean and there are 24/7 staff to speak to in the event you habe any queries. The free coffee machines are amazing also. The elevators in the building have broken a few times recently and management has taken time in getting them fixed

Good aspects are design of building, access to free gym, wifi, and the events put on. Bad is price of rent as it is too expensive and the bills are crazy high because theres no green alternatives for power like solar panels. Theres also no consistency with staff availability on reception, and how slow management are to fix problems with the building.
