The management in the building are great. Always helpful and help find solutions. The building is kept clean with regular works done to the communal areas to keep fresh. The variety of work spaces available is great for people who work from home or if you need a quiet place to work in the evening.

The area is a lovely place to live. A local shop near by to grab essentials as well a range of bars, coffee shops and food places to pick from. The area is quiet at nice.

Always quick responses and always find a way to fix any issues.

The building is a very nice clean, welcoming space with many good facilities. This includes a small but useful gym, a nice mail room and a social space at the back on the building what has useful facilities there. The team are always helpful and friendly and any issues raised they're always quick to help.

There's a lot to like with the location of the Green Rooms. You're surrounded by a lot of good places to go out and socialise with the Lowry and Kargo Mkt very close by as well as tram links a couple minutes walk away. One critique would be the cars racing outside at night but this isn't an everyday thing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been quick and attentive to any issues we have had and quick to resolve them.

The Apartments can get very hot. Which is a good and bad thing depending on the season.

My overall experience has been great and the management team are always super helpful. I’ve lived in both a 1 and 2 bed which were both really spacious and modern. Also pet friendly which is rare to find and a great community feel with the Facebook group. All flats have balconies and there’s a gym and space to work downstairs. I can’t give 5 stars on value as for the price there could definitely be some better features like in built air conditioning or a bigger gym (it is small compared to others e.g. Eda). However, The Green Rooms is still the best apartment building in the area and is a wonderful place to live.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Near the tram and a car park and lots of options around for things to do and places to eat. Some noise at night but I feel safe around Media City. I’m very lucky to have a flat that looks over the water and the sunsets are incredible!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management always responds quickly and maintenance are lovely and have fixed all my issues without problems.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It can get really hot so I’d recommend getting a portable air conditioner. On the plus side, I have never turned my heating on the whole time I’ve lived here. Parking is also very expensive for a monthly permit.

Amazing management, nothing is ever too much trouble. Design of the building and flats are cool, great furniture. Only downside is the building is very hot, especially the higher you go. Can be quite uncomfortable at times, especially in summer so invest in a good fan

Lots of bars and restaurants. Tram at your doorstep. Cool events at MediaCity happen regularly so always something fun going on

Any issues with the flat have been rectified very quickly

Just the temperature - very hot at times and uncomfortable
