Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good aspects The location is excellent, with easy access to both the tram and bus services, making commuting and getting around very convenient. Bad aspects The proximity to the train line means there is often noticeable noise, which can be disruptive at times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They promptly addressed the issue of people smoking marijuana downstairs.

The helpful staff make this apartment more valuable

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is in the city centre. You would think it was a noisy area with hassle. It isn’t. It’s peaceful. Quiet. And probably the best place I have lived. Bins easily collected. Nice neighbours. Traffic can be bad at the moment due to the works of the council on chapel street (can be annoying), but that’s only going to be going on until June 26. The only downfall is no parking and having to park elsewhere.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

10/10. Best members of staff I have seen for service in a while. To my actually care. Need to get them a bottle of wine every year at this point.

Honestly. Just about places like this sooner. It’s an amazing place to live and it’s a nice breath of fresh air from the places who have little to no care of the place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best aspect was living close to the city just 10 minutes walk. Also having a supermarket next to the property helped a lot for urgent shopping. The gym inside the property was excellent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Instantly . As soon as i had a request they would assistm

Nothing much everything was perfect. I have no issues staying again

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living at Laurance Place you have very easy and quick commutes to amazing places, such as the 1 minute walk to the luxury restaurant at City Suites and a Sainsbury across the road for your everyday household items. In terms of transport links, you have a few bus stops around the corner and a tram stop, which can take you all around Greater Manchester. I hardly can hear the traffic from my apartment, but sometimes there are noisy people passing by that can be a disturbance to what I am doing at the current moment.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management have responded to all problems and issues that me and my roommate have had.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish knew how cold your appartmemt can get in winter without buying a mini-heater for yourself

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location for city living, easy access to wherever you want to go. Easy to get to bars, restaurants, shops etc. Not too far from some parks just outside of the centre. Parking isn't very good if you want free parking, there is none and also isn't any for guests etc. Bin collection is good but there is no recycling apart from cardboard which is surprising for such a modern development. The communal areas are great but often get very busy with people that aren't residents but are just using the coffee shop. For city centre it is very quiet at night. The building generally is great, modern lovely flats, quiet and extremely safe.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly and promptly, they are friendly team, which is great

That the coffee shop is very overpriced and no discount for residents which is a shame!
