The estate is about a 15 minute walk to the town. It is very quiet and we have our own garage. Bus stop is a 5 minute walk and railway station is about a mile away.
We overlook a green common which is in the middle of a cul de sac.

Please review your development:

This is a large development but what we like is the variety of properties. In our culture de sac for example you have a mixture of bungalows, detached 3 and 4 bedroom plus a row of three properties connected together. Around us is a selection of social housing as well.
We live in a very nice 3 bedroomed bungalow which is very well designed. The only criticism I have of the design is that the ensuite shower is very small and the garage could do with being a little wider as could the garage door. To get the car in you need to fold wing mirrors in.
Any snags reported are usually dealt within a couple of weeks and we are contacted so that a mutually convenient date can be agreed.
All in all Lovells have have gone out of their way to ensure we are satisfied on all fronts and where not have addressed the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have found it to be a very pleasant community and we have made a lot of friends. A spirit of help thy neighbour has been a great bonus for us all I feel.

What is the best feature of your home:

The space is very generous and we havexplenty of room in kitchen and lounge.

Excellent location to live. Great quality houses. Lots of green spaces. Walking distance to town and to the train station. Highly recommended

Please review your development:

Well planned and beautiful. Need a local shop and a gym. Also please add children play area. Building management is good and keeps the area tidy. Neighbours should be encouraged to park on their driveways. More trees should be planted. Thank you for all

There is a very good primary school in the village, as well as two local shops, a doctor surgery, a dentist, a hairdresser, amusement arcade and two pubs.

Please review your development:

It’s well designed but as it is still in development I am not sure about the entire site. The roads and curb leading onto our road are quite bumpy and one is very high and can scratch the underside of the car. I like the general design of my street but have not seen many others.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The curb turning into our road is very awkwardly placed and scraped the underside of our car.

What is the best feature of your home:

I really like the white noise machines that they included in each bedroom and living room.

Local area is great. Most facilities are a walk away, but accessible within 20 minutes. We find this ideal, as we think it’s great to get out for walks. Should we want to get there a bit quicker, we can always drive and find parking spots in town. Transport links to Norwich city are ideal, with both bus and rail options operating frequently.

Please review your development:

Layout of the estate is fantastic, with homes that are a refreshingly good distance apart compared to other estates. As for scores on management and facilities, we’re still very much on a building site. The facilities will no doubt be great, but for now they are still under construction. Some of these works are a little disruptive at times, and the expected aspects of facilities management are yet to take shape.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Whilst you are told you have 2 years to address snags in your home, after one year we have been challenged on certain findings. The expectation seems to be that all issues are addressed within the first few months, something we were abruptly told when reporting what we considered to be a fairly standard defect. This has raised concern amongst our neighbours who were relying on the two year window, and spent the present time moving in and adjusting to life in a new home.

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the kitchen! The layout is great and the personalisation options meant we could make it truly our own.
