New glisk estate is lovely however the surrounding area is quite untidy, I guess that’s due to the older residents

Lovely development, few snags that have been slow to rectify however. The estate is also built in the middle of an older estate which isn’t great, would have preferred to be more out of the way. Otherwise everything has been great and the estate is lovely

Hmm maybe the windows, floor to ceiling can be a bit intrusive. Whilst they look lovely some privacy glass would have been better

The space and the sturdy build, I love the design of the house

Overall a nice design but with a few errors

Close to motorways and Cheshire oaks but far enough away to avoid traffic etc.
Down side train track is right next to house quiet load but get used to it

Please review your development:

Few errors in our house that still hasn’t been fixed even though have asked one being the back door which is a safety hazard. Also only floored the kitchen an bathrooms which it would have been a lot easier if they atleast levelled all the down stairs flooring it was extremely uneven costs 100s to level. Overall a nice design very open and lootility is great. Windows are all lovely and very open.

Wish we had gotten to view the house life before hand

What is the best feature of your home:

Lootility and massive windows add so much natural light and make the house seem bigger

Good selection of nearby shops within driving distance, easy access to motorway, often anti social behaviour in and around estate, motor bikes with balaclava riders. Some traffic noise, trains and planes can be heard but nothing too distracting.

Please review your development:

Great Design, very modern and unique, house presented in great condition, property and building management is adequate but not great, priority held at the minute to the newer houses and tenants. However very happy with the fittings in the house and overall finish.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Consider plot options, some have bigger gardens than others, as well as what drive you get whether it’s in front of the house or to the side.

What is the best feature of your home:

The modern design, large windows, clean finish, space!

Area full of shops around less than 5 minutes by car, quiet residential area with little traffic and easy access to the motorway, as well as wide streets and little traffic noise.

Please review your development:

The design of the houses is modern and intelligent, the house has some automated facilities and a charging point for electric vehicles, which is perfect and practical. The streets are always clean and the work seems well organized without disturbing other residents.

Online and real viewing of the specific property makes it more practical and confident

What is the best feature of your home:

EV charger point and smart features, ideally sized garden and large windows that allow the house to be illuminated with natural light
