Xonico Developments reviews

Overall a good place where to live. Safe building with some maintenance needed after a few years. Garden needs refurbishment but new management company is working on it. Great location; 1 minute to H&I station and around the corner from upper street. Holloway Road is also improving a lot and new shops and restaurants are opening on a weekly basis. Holloway Road can of course be noisy and there are loads of police cars and ambulances going back and forth – keep this in mind when renting or buying a flat facing the street.” – Teo, verified resident at The Pad

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Holloway Road can of course be noisy and there are loads of police cars and ambulances going back and forth – keep this in mind when renting or buying a flat facing the street.
