Vive Living, a subsidiary of Aitch Group, launched their first development in 2017. Based in London, Vive Living offers build to rent developments alongside a variety of facilities.
Amazing vibe
Love it! Perfectly designed with great facilities. Concierge are lovely and more than helpful. post room means we don’t need to worry about packages ever and so convenient. The shared work space is huge and the cafe is a bonus. Everyone is super friendly and we were added to the WhatsApp group straight away! Love it!
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
No shops super close – 5 min walk to a londis or 15 to tesco express so could be better. Parking not applicable for us. Not had a problem with bins yet. No really problems at all but do hear a lot of mopeds/bikes through the night as think we’re close to an online supermarket delivery warehouse.

How warm it can get in the flat – with floor to ceiling windows it can get very hot even with blinds closed all day
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Too early to comment on this as we haven’t reported anything yet!
