Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

We have never had an issues with the facilities in the flat, the only issues have been with the lift and the main door to the building. The main door is quite concerning for security issues and should be looked at. The design layout of our flat is ok but I feel it could be improved, our balcony and cooridor areas are larger than needed and we would prefer this extra space in the living room/kitchen, however we do appreciate the large storage room. Also a small thing but the fitted Sonos speakers shouldn't be fitted to plasterboard walls as the base this creates disturbs residents.

Well laid out and designed flats, great balconies and shared rooftop. Open plan and spacious kitchen / living room is great for hosting. Concierge service is extremely useful. Property management are largely responsive and sort issues out quickly and easily.
