Transport links are excellent — the tube station is only a 1-minute walk away, providing quick and easy access across London. Several bus routes also operate nearby. Within a short walk, you’ll find a Tesco and Amazon Fresh for everyday groceries. There’s also a gym very close by, making it convenient for fitness enthusiasts.

The building management responds very quickly to any issues raised. They handle problems efficiently and make sure everything is resolved without delay.

located very close to the tube station, have few mini markets nearby. also has a bus stop very close to the apartment building

always quickly responded to my questions and issues (not that I have many)

nothing in particular. everything is already as expected

The area around Riverstone Heights is vibrant and well-connected. There are plenty of nearby shops, cafes, and restaurants, as well as lovely parks for walks and outdoor activities. Transport links are excellent, with quick access to both buses and the underground. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, and the street is generally quiet with minimal traffic noise. Parking and bin collections are well managed too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has always been quick and professional in handling any issues. They respond promptly to maintenance requests and communicate clearly about updates. Saad, in particular, is very approachable and always ensures everything is resolved efficiently. It really gives peace of mind knowing things are taken care of so well.

it’s worth noting that the area is quite popular, so parking can get busy at certain times, but overall it hasn’t been a major issue.

So well connected to the tube. Lots of local food shops and good transport connections. Missing a good coffee shop nearby and a pub, however down by Three Mill island is beautiful!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very efficiently when I needed the paint work fixed often contractors round carrying out repairs really speedy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How easy my commute into the city would be. 11 mins door to door. Wish I’d known that private hire of the communal spaces has quite a high fee.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport is great. Parking terrible. Not many hospitality places. Traffic noise is bad, the other side of having good transport links. Doing walks in the area along the canal are nice.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quickly, swift responses. Both on moving in related questions and subsequent maintenance questions

There is no such thing, i knew have been living in yhe area since 2021 and knew what to expect
