Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
They increas the rent with £120-200 each year - so it’s not worth to pay for a single room £1750/month at the actual rate - they claim it’s because the actual market price - but it can’t be true as the prices didn’t go each year up for properties
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They do but it takes time , so you need to bother them many times , also they don’t refurbish old carpets etc
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That we can’t use the cinema lounge after 8 pm and that we can’t smoke on the open roof top / there is no designated smoking area in the building - you can’t even smoke on your own balcony - it’s not permitted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living so close to the overground is great and there are key bus routes going to central. There is an amazing array of coffee shops, restaurants and bars and a few rave destinations so it’s occasionally noisy all weekends. There is no residents parking and these are all new developments so you can’t get street parking from the council.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Really quickly and sent out the relevant people which was great
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Neighbours seems really friendly and nice sense of community.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is a lot of range of bars and restaurants around.. mostly pizzas and burgers unfortunately but you can still find different ones at 20 minutes walk. Transport links I found it amazing.. Appart of the overground collapsing from time to time you still got Stratford in 15 mins walk and have an alternative.. or buses or use your bicycle. There is no parking in my building unfortunately but you can always apply for resident vouchers and get a good deal if you needed… about noise .. well it’s Hackney Wick so what can you expect? …also there are a lot of buildings in construction around…but the building is well done so if you close your windows and doors it’s better.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I had only couple of questions or things to talk about since I’ve been here and both of them were answered promptly and with a positive response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish there were a near post office around that’s all.. and still… I have no problem to travel a bit more for that as the rest is easily sorted.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Amazing location, great spacious flat and a very helpful concierge added a lot to our experience. High street is packed and varied and central is a train ride away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Never had a problem really. Any time I had to speak to them they were very professional
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
There was more crime in the area than I expected. Be careful about your possessions, even parked cars outside are not safe ...
