The Quarters Kilburn Apartments has a simple design, high standard and a modern convenient furnished such as a kitchen with a fully equipped (except oven and fan), bed with a convenient mattress (according to standard of firmness scale is a medium, which is very good), wardrobe and desk with chairs, lights are very suitable, wooden floor and heaters. Also, the building has been included a secure systems (CCTV and smoke/fire systems). Further, they have a good broadband provider for internet. Further more, all the environment of building is very convenient and clean. One of the features of building has a Starbucks cafe store.
We don’t forget the team-works that stands behind the management and maintenance with leaded by Selna Franco. She has all the ingredients for success in managing the building, whether on a personal or professional level. She is a friendly & patient to solve and all problems and make everything easy for the tenant. She is always smiling. All staff very friendly and helpful.

The Quarters Kilburn Apartments is located in area which is available a variety of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Gym’s and shopping stores. I think so all what you need is available in that local area. Also, It has been located near to Paddington Recreation Ground (Gardens). All public transportations are available and near such as Kilburn overground, Kilburn park underground and buses. The Kilburn High Road is a bit crowded through the day but peaceful in the night.

The location is very great.

Convenient and comfortable

We have a two bedroomed flat with a small balcony and have been living here for 9 months. The flat is spacious and fitted out with top of the range fittings. As we are a retired couple it took us a while to learn to use all the appliances and heating system as they all have digital interfaces and make a lot of bleeping noises! However, maintenance is so efficient in this building that as soon as we ask for any help someone appears at our door with a smile and solves any problems we have had. The decor is a very calming beige throughout and there are light coloured carpets and good quality wooden flooring throughout. The lighting is downlighter throughout and we do find them very bright. The rooms would benefit from dimming switches or more lighting areas so not all the lights can be switched on separately. The shower room is very attractive and well fitted out with a heated towel rail. Not all the furnishings are to our taste but they are all stylish and well chosen.

Property management is excellent and we can’t fault it. The team are very efficient and caring and look after our every request. Common areas are kept clean and tidy and the reception area is attractive and welcoming. The building is maintained inside and outside to a very high standard.

The building is very convenient for transport links. East Croydon station is 2 minutes walk and the tram stop is outside the front entrance. Food shops, including a Waitrose and the Whitgift shopping Centre are only a few minutes walk. There is also a large selection of coffee shops, takeaways and restaurants nearby including BoxPark, which has an amazing selection of food outlets. The area between Wellesley Road and East Croydon station is still under development with a lot of high rise buildings under construction.
As an area to live in we find the flat amazingly quiet when the doors and windows are closed, however as soon as they are open outside ‘noises’ are quite intrusive. These are due to building works nearby and there is a constant noise from the air-conditioning units outside the hotel next door.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Pros – Four efficient fast and roomy lifts available
Cons – Noise from air conditioning units in the hotel next door.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The water would take less than 5 – 10 minutes to run hot.

Perfect if you are new to London.

The Quarters Kilburn team has been nothing but helpful and kind to me, not just when I started as a tenant, but during the application process. The staff are also extremely patient and will take the time to respond to any of my queries. The on-site maintenance staff are very efficient at helping fix the little things that go wrong in the flat (not a common occurrence by the way). There is also an excellent laundry service, but just watch out because it tends to get very busy over the weekend. The flats themselves are in excellent shape and are absolutely stunning. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What’s so special about this area is how close it is to absolutely everything. With 3 train stations near me and a bus stop right outside the building, you have access to all the nearby shops, theatres and restaurants! Not to mention that Kilburn High Road, alone, has some excellent places of interest, including an incredible number of grocers and banks in the area. It is also a very safe area.

Just as a general tip, before moving to London, do research all the available amenities near the accommodation that you might need and record how far it is. While it does have everything I need, there might not be specific services nearby that someone might need.

Great place to a high standard

The design of the apartments are great. It is very modern and you can expect a very high standard.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a desk in the room and enough wardrobe space for one. The walls are pretty thick so you won’t be disturbed by any noises from your neighbors.
But what really stands out about this place is the property manager Selna. She is nothing short of helpful and a friendly person to have good chats with. She’ll always be there for you if you have problems with your room and responds to any inquiry. She’s also very knowledgeable of the area so can point out anything that is needed. She really made staying there a little bit more like feeling at home

The location is great for everything. You have a Starbucks and Tesco in the building and a bus stop right out front the door. Additionally you have the opportunities of overground, underground and several other bus routes in the immediate area. Other shops for groceries etc are also found in near distance

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There are only two washing machine in the laundry room so be prepared for busy days e.g. the weekend

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

No headlights in the kitchen area. Additional hob would be helpful.

Great management! It makes a difference!

Management is amazing. The on-site team is always there when you need them and super friendly. The building is relatively new and the studio is perfect size for one person, furniture is new with good taste and style. The only 2 thing is having more washing machines on-site as there is always high demand on them and being able to buzz people into the building vs coming downstairs to open the door.

Conveniently located. Bus stop is right outside the building and takes you straight centre london, tube is just a three minute walk. All your basic stores are a stone throw away as well including grocery stores coffee shops, gym and lots of restaurants.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You’re going to love it here and won’t want to move out. Specially with a management that has your best interest at heart.
