Ideal living space for a single professional, you instantly feel at home

Verified Resident

Though it is a little more expensive for a one bedroom studio than other similar properties in the area, the extra cost is worth it. Most importantly for the building manager Selna who not only deals with any request you might have but also makes you feel welcome and at home as you walk through the lobby. The security is brilliant, you feel safe as soon as you walk through the door. The maintenance guys are also brilliant, quickly and efficiently fixing anything you need after just one email. The literal only downside is the washing machine and dryer facilities which in my opinion are not enough to service the whole building especially since one of the dryers is not very good at all. Apart from that, for a single professional like me it is the ideal living environment with everything you need, inside and out, so close by.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Tesco is so close, about a 2 min walk away. Kilburn Park station is really close and there are lots of buses & night buses (bus stop outside of the Quarters). There’s great restaurants/eateries and bars/pubs along Kilburn High Road as well as shops (Primark, Argos)

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Extra payments: For continuous reliable internet, you need to pay extra. You have to pay a large fee if you lock yourself out of your flat. You have to pay an additional cleaning cost of £100. You have to pay for the washing machines. It felt like there were a lot of additional costs that I wasn’t expecting when I first moved in.
Also on another note you can hear the nearby overground train as it goes past at night but it is faint and I actually really liked it.

Nice cosy little gem of a place that is now a home away from home.

Verified Resident

The building itself is quite modern, simple yet stylish, well maintained and quite clean. It is very secure and fosters a feeling of being in a safe place once you are inside the building.

The staff, especially Selna, are very helpful, respectful and accommodating. They are all a pleasure to deal with. My 11 month stay so far have been nothing but good when it comes to the customer service I received from the people running this property.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area where Kilburn Quarters Apartments is super convenient. The bus stops are right in front of the door, the train stations are really close by, there are numerous essential shops within walking distance, a number of food places to go to, a couple of cinema options, medical centres and a church nearby for Sunday services. Another plus is that Regents Park is about 30 min walk from the property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No break clause on the lease agreement.

Great Management

Verified Resident

A very well run property. Management is easy to get ahold of and very accommodating.
Any time I have had any issue it has been handled very quickly.
The facilities are well kept and clean. Staff can be seen keeping the place tidy all day long.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Located close to the tube, grocery stores, gym, and dry cleaning. Easy to get what you need.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Onsite laundry had a charge, but the machines are very large and can handle more than a typical machine.

Absolutely love the community, how clean everything is. Would be great to have more washing machines please, 2 are not enough for so many people.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Wish I knew internet and council tax are calculated separately from the rental costs, as well as a small laundry room

Experience at The Quarters Kilburn

Verified Resident

The apartment is furnished well for a short-term rental. However, in order to make it more livable, we had to invest in additional kitchen and clothes storage as well as a bar table and stools. The built-in wardrobe is also strangely built (to reach the hangers you’d need be over 180cm). The kitchen also needs an exhaust as smoke tends to trigger the fire alarm when cooking. During the summer, it can also get quite hot. However, it’s great that there is laundry on-site, access to an elevator and a lobby area to wait for the bus. We also appreciate that mail is delivered directly to our door.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Great location in terms of supermarkets, drug stores and public transport (close to buses, overground and underground). However, not many nice cafes or restaurants are available in the area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been good to know that the trash needs to be thrown in the parking lot (back area) of the building as this area gets quite dark at night.

A very pleasant friendly stylish place to stay

Verified Resident

The management, maintenance and cleaning staff here are helpful and efficient. The building is stylish and clean. There’s a friendly ambiance and it’s very good value . I would have no hesitation in recommending The Quarters Kilburn.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Well located clean stylish accommodation. Helpful friendly professional management. Great transport links bus stop right outside tube and overland rail within minutes walk of the building. there’s a gym opposite and a coffee shop next door. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and various shops on the high street.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I thought parking would be a problem – but it’s working out well. plenty of meter parking which is free before 8.30am and after 6.30pm and no restrictions on weekends. As I leave for work around 8.15am and not back much before 6.15pm it’s working out fine for me.

It’s right next to Underground & Overground stations and very near to Little Venice. It has all shops that someone would need within 5 mins walk distance (with Gyms and Supermarket being 1 min away)

Well-maintained accommodation with the staff that makes you feel like home

Verified Resident

I have been living in different accommodations in London over the course of 2 years and can say that The Quarters Kilburn has been one of the best so far.

Room and facilities are decorated in a modern style and are maintained to a high standard and you will always be informed whenever there is maintenance going on.

The management, Selna and her team, are very accommodating and ensure that myself as a tenant has smooth and professionally managed living experience. Also not to mention their warm personality that makes your stay even more pleasant and this makes it definitely worth my spending.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The flat is perfectly located on the high street and is close to well-known supermarkets and local amenities. It is also close to both Kilburn Park tube station (Bakerloo Line) and Kilburn High Road (Overground). All of these are within 3-5 minute walking distance. There is also a convenience store just next to the building which makes it easy to top up your grocery on your way back.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Being a tenant, you also get some discounts at a few nearby restaurants and even at the gym next door.
