The property benefits from an excellent location, with a bus stop conveniently situated directly in front of the building. The overground station is less than a one minute walk away, while the tube station is approximately three minutes on foot. The surrounding neighbourhood also offers a wide range of shops, pubs, and other local amenities, providing excellent convenience for residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building manager and maintenance team are also very helpful, professional, and efficient in addressing any issues or requests.

No issues encountered, hence why I stayed for about nine years in the same building.

Everything you need nearby, including bus stop and tube station. Tesco local is a short stroll and a locals pub a little bit further.

Always responded swiftly and appropriately to any issues I had of which they were very few

I wish I’d known this place existed. It would’ve saved me Looking for such a long time for somewhere like this.

Quarters Kilburn is a great option for professionals who value convenience, flexibility, and a social environment. It’s especially suitable for newcomers to London or those who prefer an all-inclusive, community-oriented lifestyle.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been responsive and professional whenever I’ve raised any issues. Queries were acknowledged promptly, and maintenance requests were handled within a reasonable timeframe. Communication was clear and consistent, which made the process smooth and reassuring. The team was approachable and solution-oriented, ensuring that concerns were resolved efficiently and with minimal inconvenience. Overall, I felt supported and confident that any problems raised would be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Can't think of anything like that, it was a lovely experience.

Walking distance to almost everything you could need convenience wise. The overground is about a minute walk away, and the nearest tube is only a couple minutes further - both get you into central London in no time at all. Kilburn High Road has a lot of character.

Very quickly and effectively, there's an easy communication channel as well as an online portal to raise any issues

Maybe in a few more months I'll edit this to add something of worth, but as it stands there isnt much

There are a lot of nice restaurants on the street, as well as many grocery stores next to the apartment. There are also nice parks and gyms, so you can exercise as much as you want. The transport is excellent, with many bus stops near the house and a metro station just a 3-minute walk away. Although the street can be a bit noisy at night, it is a busy area.

Dorian is very understanding and always responds quickly whenever you have an issue.

Upon arrival, you'll need to purchase all the essentials for your bed and kitchen.
