The building is in a great area across from a tube station that’s well connected, 2 grocery stores, bus stops right next door, great coffee shops, and walking distance to Primrose Hill and Hampstead high street. As a woman living alone, I felt incredibly safe and had no issues at all.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building is so well run and the staff genuinely care about offering the best experience to tenants. The AC/heat work perfectly without issue and if I ever had a question on the facilities, the maintenance team responded so quickly.

Couldn’t be in a better location with great amenities and a clean space. Highly recommend!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Couldn't be much closer to trains buses trams. Restaurants shops pubs etc also. Parking is paid but they gave me free parking over the weekends I moved in and out. Anti social behaviour is everywhere in Croydon, the street is generally fine I had no trouble.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond very quickly and fix things within hours. Even on a bank holiday someone came out specifically just to fix my radiator.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Greggs is shut on Sundays. The coop is great it is round the corner and open till 11pm. Don't walk down alleyways at night. The side entrance to the train station isn't open early morning or late night so be careful when trying to time it. Flats facing the main road get very hot in the summer, Croydon doesn't have much green space. Council tax and tfl to zone 1 are expensive in Croydon. The flat is very safe, the staff are great, the flats are modern and well furnished. The price is fair.

The location is perfect, with few steps away from the undergrounds and bus stops, across the street from Waitrose and a few minute walk to a big Sainsbury

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been incredibly responsive and proactive; they efficiently solved my kitchenware issues and even proactively provided a great heater when my room was chilly. They truly make moving overseas smooth and enjoyable.

Just how incredibly convenient the location is and how peaceful the building stays during the day. It is an absolute hidden gem for anyone who needs to work from home a few days a week. The quiet environment makes it so easy to focus without any distractions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location. Close to transport links and shopping centre, restaurants and bars. The tram stop is just outside. East croydon Station is a three minute walk. Easy access to London and Gatwick Airport.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The fridge in my studio flat was building a lot of frost and it was quickly replaced when I raised the issue.

You would need to pay for TV licence if you want to watch BBC channels. Limited free WiFi. But unlimited WIFI will cost £20 a month.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There is a private parking adjacent to the Quarters . Think Road station, bus stops, and a very big Waitrose supermarket right across the street. Traffic noise didn’t bother you because my windows were not facing the road.

Mr Mitchel was prompt with help . Very polite and professional

One can’t have a better location - the tube station and Waitrose is right across the Finchley Road. Regents Park is just 2 stops away by the Tube to St John wood
