The aread is very busy. Many shops, restaurants and activity. Well located with a few metro stations nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were responsive and helpful. No problems experiences

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Isolation is not very great. I can hear what happens in the corridor

I'm sorry to hear that the sound isolation between units and corridors didn't meet your expectations, and that you could hear activity in the hallway. We understand how important a quiet, peaceful environment is, especially for rest and relaxation. Similarly, regarding occasional odors in the corridor, we take these concerns seriously and ventilation/maintenance checks are something we can look into more proactively. It's great to hear that you found the building management responsive and helpful when you raised issues, that's something we always strive for. We're also pleased you enjoyed the vibrant location with plenty of shops, restaurants, activities, and easy metro access; it's one of the key strengths of the area. There is decent parking available, and it is close to the high street that has many nice restaurants. The mall is close and its a 5 kin walk from watford junction.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been quick to respond to queries, and they have an online maintainance team that addresses any issues very quickly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The size of the rooms are quite confining for long stays during the winter months.

Very convenient to the east Croydon station, also personally to my work office. Can be a bit noisy of construction work if living on the street side.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once my sink in the bathroom stopped leaking water, they reported quickly to my issue and arranged for someone to come and fix it.

It would be great to have a notification system for any parcel received

Great location near to East Croydon station and with everything you need right on your doorstep. Area was surprisingly quiet and felt safe, even as a lone woman at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't have any issues with my unit, but staff were always around so I know I could pop down to reception to have a chat if needed.

Tao cafe round the corner is a fantastic place for a coffee and the pizzas at Trickle are amazing!

The location is great with the town Center and station so close to. Parking is available but not very cheap .unfortunately there is an issue with the buildings nearby with anti social behaviour .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded but never resolved such as the constant fire alarm issues . Was told different reasons on one occasion . Someone using an air fryer and a fault with the alarm system .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

need to be aware of the issues with the fire alarm and how noisy the place is
