Newly designed building with all the amenities possible.Management is always there to help with any concern. Private laundry is there,private gym and a beautiful Italian restaurant in the building which gives discounts to the residents aswell.I would recommend to everyone

I have lived here for 4 years and all I can say best residential building in london. 24/7 concierge,friendly environment,clean,everything is around in this area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All the issues get solved in 5 min but tbh I had none in 4 years

You don’t need an agent to get a place here u can just email the property and tell them when and what are you looking for and they will get it done quickly and easier for u

One of best accommodation in London

I was in a studio, there were two of us and when my father came there was a sofa bed. The bed was comfortable king size, and the room space well organized and clean with very nice decor. All rooms have a balcony. The management is very courteous and available, in particular thanks to Selna and Aga who were always kind and helpful.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

the area is served exceptionally well, under the Swiss Quarter building there is a bus stop and in front of it the underground, so in a quarter of an hour you can reach the center of London and any other area. Opposite there is a large Waitrose and about 300 meters away a large shopping center with a Sainsbury’s inside. Inside the building there is a very nice Italian restaurant Terra Terra with a covered room and an outdoor terrace. In the area there are many cafes, pizzeria, and some restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We didn’t have any issues during the 3 months we have been there

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We believed that the housekeeping every 15 days would have been not enough, instead it was okay considering that also at home we change our bed sheets and bathroom linens every 15 days, hence I think it is a sustainable solution

Beautiful Purpose Built Studio Flat Review

I love my studio flat, it is spacious, modern, homely and the bed is ENORMOUS. The bathroom is beautiful and it’s very comfortable to host a friend or significant other. There is plenty of storage and there isn’t much missing from the flat. The only thing I would have liked to have seen is proper ventilation for the kitchen area to allow cooking equipment to be there such as a mini hob. With that said you are allowed cooking equipment such as air fryers or rice cookers. Overall I love my place and would highly recommend anyone that has the budget to go ahead with checking out The Quarters Swiss Cottage

The Quarters Swiss Cottage is located in a fantastic area neighbouring beautiful areas such as Hampstead and St. John’s Wood. It is across the road from Finchley Road Tube Station providing fast transport to central London. Not only is the tube station a stones throw away but you are spoilt for choice when it comes to supermarkets. There is a big Waitrose, a big Sainsbury’s in addition to an Aldi Local. Did I mention IKEA Wembley & A BIG Tesco are just a few stops away on the tube. It’s on a main road but you feel very safe and road noise for most flats is almost none. Unfortunately there isn’t any parking provided however they do have bike and scooter storage within the building. Within the building there is also communal industrial sized waste bins for residents to dispose of their rubbish and recycling. Waste collection services and building staff dealing with waste collection.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any query I have had has been answered professionally and any repairs or maintenance work is seen too quickly.

Management and staff at The Quarters were transparent and honest from the get go so I moved feeling reassured and confident of what I was getting.

Excellent Service

A great management team especially Agnieszka who is always ready and willing to help and make your stay more comfortable. Building is very modern and very comfortable and luxurious. The room has everything you need except a kitchen to cook (it has a limited small kitchenette). It is a very high quality development. Overall provides excellent Value for Money for busy professionals as all the bills are included.

Pros: – Close to tube station & supermarket – Good value for money as all the bills are included in the rent. – Thick walls so the rooms are quite Cons: – No cooker

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Have not had any issues yet that required building management.

The management and in particular Agnieszka (Guest Relations Manager) is very transparent so that makes everything very clear.

Slick building and studios with a restaurant and gym on premises I find myself comfortable at home at The Quarters Swiss Cottage. Friendly and professional management will take care of you in all you need. There is 24/7 security and lift. One of the best place to be in.

Central location with everything at you door step. Primrose Hill is at walking distance and the Jubilee Line cross the road will take you everywhere fast.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fast and efficiently, easy to book. The management is friendly and helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I didn’t know Primrose Hill was so near, such a great discovery for a run in the park or meeting friends in the sunny summer evenings.
