The Quarters - feel smart, and luxurious.

I have been living at the Quarters (Croydon) for over a month now and the flat is immaculate clean, great design, and peaceful. They are kitted out to a high level, feel smart, and luxurious. I have had zero problems with the flat in this time and management are prompt at answering emails or if you have any concerns. I would highly recommend living here to anyone in London. For the space and location it is very affordable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Quarters is conveniently placed; close to Easy Croydon station (it is walkable in 5 minutes). It is also very close to shops, gyms, restaurants, and bars. You cannot ask for a better location within Croydon.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management are quick to respond to any emails and inform you promptly of any issues on going on the building. No complaints.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When accessing the internet to make sure you have your MAC numbers for each device. Google where to find them if you don’t know how to do this.

DESIGN - spacious, open plan foyer, secure entry system FACILITIES - onsite laundry, good broadband/WIFI - easy setup 5* service from the onsite management team. Special mention to the onsite TIN (Tida, Indrea, Nermin) Dream Team . Excellent customer service, very responsive, always smiling and friendly.

Close to East Croydon station - although none of the local supermarkets are full size stores. Plenty of food/take-out/restaurants

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All reported issues have been attended to and resolved on the same day.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

On first viewing the rooms will like any other standard room. When you move-in, you quickly realise how deceptively spacious the room is i.e. hidden storage space and plenty of drawers etc.

I am living here in The Quarters Croydon for almost 3 months now. This place is very pleasant and well maintained. Management is very good & quick in addressing the queries. Accessibility for daily needs and transportation is very good. I recommend this place for healthy lifestyle.

Just a couple of mins walk for National rail, co-op, Sainsbury & Amazon fresh. Management is very good & quick in addressing the queries.

Central Location With Great Transport Links

I was very pleased to see that the flat matched the spec of the listing and the website photos, particularly as I didn't look at it before taking it. Securing the flat and moving in was very quick, easy and seamless and everyone on the building management team are fantastic and very friendly. The building is clean, modern and well-maintained and much quieter than I was anticipating with very little noise and no antisocial behaviour from neighbours. The flat itself is actually quite generous in terms of space, with the layout making the best use of the space available, with loads of storage - underbed as well as bedroom and bathroom cupboards. The luxurious rain shower, a tv and crockery for two were additional bits that were unexpected but most welcome.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient location close to transport links and connections into London terminals. I tend to lean towards living in quieter pockets of London, so being in the heart of Croydon has been a bit of an adjustment for me. Traffic noise is also an issue, but that is because I am overlooking the main road and the tram stop. I didn't look at my flat prior to moving in, so that was part of the risk I took. I'm enjoying the sunny side of the building over the winter, but if staying longer I will consider moving to the back of the building as I can imagine the sun won't be so enjoyable over the summer. Bins can be overflowing at times and more care could be taken by residents to ensure recycling is broken down, etc.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a couple of minor maintenance issues that needed to be resolved with the flat when I moved in, and they were dealt with quickly and easily the next day, which so much of the stress away from the process of getting things fixed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing - the listing was very thorough in explaining everything available and included in the rental. One thing I would love to see in in future though that I feel the bulding is missing is a shared/communal space for residents to connect in and possibly a gym.

Very comfortable room and has everything I need so would again highly recommend. Any issues emailed to the management team are rectified/sorted always in a very professional manner. Cleaning staff are always in early and the Quarters is extremely clean and maintained.

I've been staying here at the Quarters Croydon now for 3 months and would highly recommend. very friendly management staff, always very clean. Everything required is on your doorstep.

Everything required in Croydon Quarters is pretty much in walking distance. Trains to London in 13 minutes. local shops in walking distance and Croydon Whitgift Centre also on your doorstep.
