The quarters is near the town center and the proximity to east Croydon station makes the stay convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were really helpful and responded to my queries immediately and made my stay enjoyable and stress free!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything was well communicated before moving in.

The transport links are excellent with the local station just a 5 minute walk away and the tram stop right outside the front door. There is a large shopping centre across the road with a good range of shops.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded very promptly to any queries or issues that cropped up.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Can't think of anything really; we did our research prior to renting the flat and looked at the reviews which were positive so that gave us a good idea of what we going to face living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very convenient to the east Croydon station, also personally to my work office. Can be a bit noisy of construction work if living on the street side.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Once my sink in the bathroom stopped leaking water, they reported quickly to my issue and arranged for someone to come and fix it.

It would be great to have a notification system for any parcel received

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location near to East Croydon station and with everything you need right on your doorstep. Area was surprisingly quiet and felt safe, even as a lone woman at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I didn't have any issues with my unit, but staff were always around so I know I could pop down to reception to have a chat if needed.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tao cafe round the corner is a fantastic place for a coffee and the pizzas at Trickle are amazing!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is great, 5 mins walk from East Croydon station (side exit), plenty of coffee shop around and fast food, 2 mins walk from Coop and 7-8 mins from Tesco or Sainsbury’s, and tram stop literally in front of the main door. The only issue might be that at night time few homeless are in the building car park.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always promptely replied to any queries or issues and always tried to accomodate the tenant where possible.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Should have been more clear the fact that you can give your 1 month notice only at the end of your 6 months contract, even better if this could be a bit more flexible after the first 6 months in. Also did not expect that the laundry prices would go up every couple of months.
