Selna (property manager) is wonderful! She is very welcoming, kind and professional. I greatly appreciate her in helping us all the time. Selna and her management team always keep the building very clean, well maintained and secure. The apartments we feels like home!

Really convenient location close to overground, underground and bus stop. There are 5 supermarkets in the high street, you always can buy what you want.

yes- I would like to thank you the Technician( forgot to ask his name) came and fixed my flat’s power issue on Saturday.
The Quarters Kilburn is worth it
The building design looks better from the back than it does from the front in my opinion. The balconies seem to be a bit cleaner at the back. But inside the building the design is modern and sleek. Almost like a 5-star hotel. The reception is great.
The rooms are nicely spacious and a good value for money for what you would get in London for the price. The bathrooms in the rooms have pretty much everything you need and are more spacious than many I’ve had in London. The heating works well.
The building management is stellar. Communication is clear and frequent from the front desk manager whenever they require something from you. Or when they want notify you about something. Plus the maintenance managers have always been so willing to help and prompt in their response to help with any technical issues that your room may be experiencing.
You will truly be under phenomenal building and property management if you choose to stay here at The Quarters.

There’s a great range of quality grocery stores close by the Quarters here on Kilburn High Road. There is a Tesco Express (right next to the building which is open till late), a Sainsbury’s, Marks & Spencer and an Aldi. All within a 10 minute walk at most from the Quarters. There’s a Starbucks right next to the building.
A range of pubs in the area that are often showing live sport of all kinds. The convenience and availability of transport links are excellent with the Kilburn High Road Overground and the Kilburn Park (Bakerloo Line) Underground both within close range. There are also various bus stops nearby, whose availability has been great. Living on Kilburn High Road is fine, there has been some protest action across the road for various Iranian political issues which has made it rowdy on some weekends.
The parking availability isn’t the best on the street and the traffic noise is moderate.

That the cleaning services are external from The Quarters. You have to organise with reception to schedule the time and what type you’ll be paying for.

They have responded promptly and with a great willingness to help. You will be under stellar building management here.
Good value
Great place for short stays, particularly for those who are new to London. The common areas are clean and well kept and the rooms are also well maintained. Maintenance and office staff are also very responsive to any queries and requests.
The site is conveniently located within 5 minutes of the tube, overground and bus stations, and there are several supermarkets and department stores within a 5-10 minute walk. Overall good value and I would recommend.

Personally staying in one of the smaller rooms that is probably a little too small for working from home regularly. Not so much an issue for me as I prefer to be out most days.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Had a small issue in the weekend (not urgent) and sent an email which was answered first thing Monday morning and rectified on the same day.
Friendly and professional management
I decided to rent the property only having an issue with online view. Since from the very first day Selna answered all my questions. She handles the procedure very transparently and professionally. Safe, calm and quiet place .specially recommend for professionals and students

All essential places are nearby.
Traffic and noices can be more limited when windows are closed. Crowd at the bus stop blocks the entrance sometimes. But it is not a big trouble

Overall great place with great value, and close to nice transport links
The rooms are very nice and thoughtfully designed. All the furniture and appliances are top quality. The building stays very warm. The building management is very thoughtful and accommodating, especially the manager, Selna Franco, who is super warm and fosters a very familial environment with all the tenants.

The local shops and restaurants are conveniently located close to the development. Tesco Express and Starbucks right below the building, many other fast food and shopping options less than a 5 min walk. There is a bus stop that connects directly to Paddington and Oxford Street, and the Kilburn Park tube is a 5 min walk.

The locale has some rowdy and drunk people at late night times.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management is very prompt about all issues. I had some short-notice problems with my contract and had to move-out, and they were very accommodating throughout the whole process.
Excellent experience for someone new to London.
The building is great – modern, safe and warm. There were never any issues with the flat, and any minor problems I came across were quickly addressed by the team there. Bedroom, bathroom, windows, reception – everything worked well and was clean+modern.

Access to public transport is fantastic – very close to the local tube station, and a bus stop right in front of the building. There is a Tesco and Starbucks right under the building too. 1 star deducted out of 5 because the area doesn’t feel like the safest at night. The building itself is very safe and secure however.

As a new joiner in London, you want to feel security in your tenancy – and this place is exactly the place for that. I would highly recommend it for people who are new to London and are looking for a secure place to stay

Building manager was the best part of the tenancy. Selna is an excellent building manager – there was never an issue and any concern/question would be addressed quickly and efficiently!
It gives you confidence that there is nothing you have to worry about during your stay there.
Excellent location and property management team. Perfect for young professionals.
Design and facilities: Furnitures and electronics in the flat are quite new and have very high quality. However, there are only two washing and drying machines in the building, and they could be very busy in the evening. The cooking area is really tiny and could be very difficult to use for someone who cooks everyday.
Property management: All the building facilities are well maintained and are always clean and the building is well secured. All the staff working in the building are very responsible.

Selna is very warm hearted and very easy to reach. She cares about all the tenants, always reply to my questions and concerns quickly, and is willing to help me with any problem. The building facilities are well maintained and always kept in a clean state. The maintenance team is also very responsible and respond to any requests quickly even during holidays.
Amazing place to live in London!!
The design of the building is very simple which I really like. It contain all the necessary facilities, including bike storage which is very important to me. Security is top-notch at this place, and you won’t have to worry about people who don’t live here entering the building. Selna, the building manager, is incredible nice and friendly, and she will help you in anyways she can to help make your stay comfortable.

The apartment is located at a very convenient place, the nearest underground is less than 5 mins away and the bus station is literally in front of the building. There are plenty of restaurants and shops along the street and all within walking distance.

Nothing really. Selna – the building manager – was really nice and answered all the questions that I had during our initial meeting and she basically shows me everything that I needed to know.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The manager was quick to help when one of the emails I sent didn’t get any response. She immediately asked someone from maintenance to check out the problems and they were dealt with the same day.

Location, facilities, security and comfort at The Quarters Kilburn are all excellent. Moreover the support of the management team, specifically Selna, has been amazing from the outset. Selna made the whole process from application to moving in easy and stress free. Highly recommended.

The building itself is well maintained, clean, and really well kept. Selna, the manager, is a lovely person, ready to help with everything. Really kind and communicative, which encourages interesting conversations to occur. Absolutely my favorite. Both hands up for renting out from the Quarters Kilburn. Recommending!!!

Absolutely amazing location, with a variety of shops, cafes, and gym facilities available right on the street where the building is located. The Kilburn station is just 3 minutes away, which allows people to get an easy access to the center of London for such a short time. There is a bus stop right in front of the building which is another benefit that you get.

Location is great and the management team are really friendly and helpful! when I was renting before rental further increased I think the price is slightly expensive but still reasonable for the quality of the place n how central it is! But it is quite small as well , I mean for me living alone n working hybrid it’s okay actually, but it’s definitely not spacious. The other only downside is that the lift were sometimes out of service sadly

Overall, the location was excellent and it’s easy to go to everywhere! But the high street side that my room is facing is quite noisy
