I have been living in this building for almost three years. It was my dream building. When I moved in initially the Management was amazing, very supportive, helpful, no issues at all. Felt very safe in the building.
Unfortunately after a few months, the Management was changed and *name removed* took over. Things changed almost instantly. He was extremely arrogant, rude, unhelpful, unreliable, untrustworthy. He had a personal issue with me due to a mistake which he had made and he did not admit so he tried to get away with it by deleting our correspondence while I was holding my phone in my hand so I could show him proof. It was a rent related issue. He did not cooperate and deleted my emal from my personal phone while I was holding it which happened in front of a CCTV camera right behind him at the reception. I had to escalate it. Unfortunately nothing was done so I was extremely happy when last year Giorgia DiBlasi took over. She is a very sweet lady, very friendly, kind, supportive, reliable, trustworthy, knowledgeable and capable so I started feeling safe in the building again. The Guest Relations Manager Indre has been extremely kind, helpful, friendly and reliable as well. I have been experiencing a lot of health issues since last year and both ladies were extremely supportive. There was always fast response and reaction. I feel super safe and I hope the Management won’t change again because they make me feel like it’s my own home.
The building is very luxorious, well-looked after, very clean, has got a luxorious lounge and reception.
The flats are extremely modern and stylish in regards to design – big comfortable king size bed bed, modern kitchen, huge wardrobe, lots of space for storage. The bathroom is extremely spacious and super elegant. It is actually splendid. The shower cabin is impressive as well.
The soundproofing insulation is amazing, no traffic noise whatsoever. Never had a problem with mould because of the high quality insulation and the ventilation is good as well.
There is night time security on site and CCTV cameras.
Whenever there is an issue regarding to maintenance, the response is quick when you raise an issue and it gets repaired the next day so I am very happy with the Maintenance Supervisor on site as well.
The staff performs regular checks related to Fire Safety, routine window cleaning, testing on the electrical appliances.

Quarters Croydon is located in Central Croydon on the hight street. Right across the street from the building there is a shopping centre called Whitgift, there’s huge variety of stores on the hight street. There’s also another mall called Centrale.
The Building is 5 minutes away from East Croydon station and West Croydon station. The tram stop is right in front of the building.
There are a lot of groceries stores 2 minutes away such as Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Waitrose. There are convenience stores as well. McDonald’s is 2 minutes away as well. Lots of restaurants like Boxpark, Nando’s, Pizza Express, pubs and cafes on George street and Church street. Location is amazing. I can just go on and on. Everything is in close proximity – Post Office, banks, Hair and Beauty Salons, Gyms…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Quick almost immediate response as soon as you raise an issue regarding maintenance. It gets repaired in the next day. The Maintenance Supervisor is extremely professional and friendly. Great communication. both ladies – Giorgia DiBlasi and Indre Juskaite are very collaborative. I am really impressed by their amazing approach to support me throughout difficult moments. They are going the extra mile and taking an extra effort to ensure everything is functioning perfectly. They provide great problem-solving. I am really impressed as they go above and beyond.
