Nice area, facilities good MCSV housing reasonable company, the design is average. Everything done here was very, very poor most of the work had to done again and is still ongoing after 3 years. All the kitchen units poorly fitted, a lot of the electrics wrong, water poured into the scooter room etc etc etc.

Love the area, but Lovell have spoilt the joy of living here.

Do not buy off Lovell. This is after 3 years.
