The square itself is well designed, with modern buildings and green Spaces creating a pleasant environment. Residents can enjoy a range of amenities including a downstairs convenience store, gym and recreational facilities.

The 15th floor will be a better living experience! Because their furniture is light blue and grey! And there are some 2 bed rooms with big tubs!

Furthermore, both the building and property management teams are exceptional. They are prompt in addressing any concerns and maintain a high standard of cleanliness and security throughout the building. Communication is clear and efficient, which is a testament to their commitment to resident satisfaction.

Despite the occasional noise from the street late into the night, which is an expected aspect of city living, the overall living experience at Moda is exemplary. It is a great place to call home in the heart of Birmingham, offering a mix of modern comfort, excellent facilities, and professional management.

Bad aspects: Noise comes from the street even until 2-3am, which may impact those who prefer a quieter living environment.

How street noise from the broad street travels up to the apartments. If I had known that, I would have maybe selected an apartment facing a different direction.

The building management in this apartment complex truly excels in addressing concerns and providing excellent service. The team’s proactive and efficient response to any issues raised is truly praiseworthy. They exhibit a commendable level of attentiveness, swiftly tackling any problems that come up. The warm, friendly service offered by the Moda staff cultivates a sense of community, ensuring residents feel cherished and assisted. Be it for maintenance concerns or general inquiries, the team always delivers above the expected standard, prioritizing the satisfaction of residents. Their professionalism and commitment lead to a seamless living experience. The superior level of service and the dedication to efficient problem-solving makes this apartment a standout choice for individuals seeking a carefree and pleasurable living situation.

As one of my favourite staff members at The Mercian, Adelina, has truly exceeded my expectations. She is always lovely, kind, patient, enthusiastic and proactive whenever I have questions or need help. The professionalism and thoughtfulness she exhibits make me feel the warmth of a family member. She is more than just an excellent member of the Moda team; she plays a significant role in making me and many other residents feel part of the Mercian family. I am grateful for her outstanding work and timely help.

Let’s start with the staff. They’re not only friendly and accommodating, but they’re also trendsetters in their own right. You’ll never catch them in frumpy uniforms or with their hair in a messy bun. Instead, they’re always looking sharp and ready to help with anything you might need. I had a minor hiccup with package deliveries, but they were quick to review the process, and I have seen great improvements since. A special shoutout to Luke, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. He’s a gem of a human being and an asset to Moda.

Now, let’s talk about the apartment. I love how unique it is. It feels like I have my own space to play around with and make my own, unlike most apartment complexes where everything feels like it’s been stamped out of the same cookie cutter. The furniture and building itself are top-notch, and it’s clear that no expense was spared to make it feel luxurious. It’s like living in a palace without having to worry about the upkeep.

And speaking of upkeep, the environment at Moda Angel Gardens is pristine. The location is fantastic, with the heart of the city just a stone’s throw away. Everything you need is within walking distance, which is a huge plus.

The communal areas are just as impressive. The library is one of my favourite spots, but I can’t deny that I love the communal working space! It’s an excellent environment to meet new people who are just as fabulous as you are. The gym is well-equipped, but I won’t deny that I wouldn’t mind seeing some more equipment to satisfy my workout cravings.

I should also mention the app, which makes everything so much easier. I can keep in touch with staff, access information about the building, and even schedule maintenance requests with just a few taps on my phone. It’s like having a personal concierge at my fingertips – which is exactly what you have.

In conclusion, Moda Angel Gardens is the epitome of sophistication, luxury, and comfort. It’s like living in a 5-star hotel without the stuffiness. The staff, apartment, environment, communal areas, and the app all make for an exceptional living experience. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live like a rockstar.

The good aspects of living in the local area of Moda Angel Gardens are abundant. The location is fantastic, with the heart of the city just a stone’s throw away, making it easy to access all the best spots within walking distance. Additionally, the apartment building itself is covered in art, adding creativity and style to the surroundings, and the views from the apartments are stunning.

One thing that I wish I had known before moving into Moda Angel Gardens is that the gym could benefit from a bit more equipment. While the gym is well-maintained and has everything you need for a good workout. There are a few pieces of equipment that would be nice to have added for certain and there is the space for it. However, this is a relatively minor issue, and overall, I’ve been very happy with my experience at Moda Angel Gardens.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Moda Angel Gardens has been very responsive to any problems or issues that I’ve raised. For example, when there were some minor issues with package deliveries, the management team quickly took steps to resolve the issue and I’ve seen improvements since.

Overall, a perfect community building that I would highly recommend living in. The building basically brought everything to us while we are in our place. Moreover, the management team did help throughout my move. They have been always there to listen to their tenants and fix problems immediately.

Especially Adam Hume, I’ve been in contact with him during my time in here and he made sure that every thing is done efficiently, in fact, I’m staying in here till my study course ends as I know that I am heard in case something happens. If anything does occur in my apartment, the management team made sure that the problem is being solved immediately which is what I love about this building. All available services makes living in here run smoothly and at ease.

The building is a very nice building and this includes every aspect. The location first of all is perfect as it is infront of the river, there are multiple coffee shops and restaurants throughout the area, and finally not too far from liverpool city centre. They do also have parking space with fob access. The building also has bin chutes which saves times instead of going every time to throw out the garbage. It is easy to have ubers around and stuff, however there are no buses available in this region yet. Also, gladly, I do not hear any traffic noises whatsoever.

I just wish I knew this place earlier since it basically has all amenities needed to the point where I feel leaving the building is rare for me now because I have the gym, work space, cinema, and even community events.

They responded to the issue immediately and made sure it was solved ASAP to avoid any inconvenience.
