Lovely communal gardens

It is a well managed estate. There is a gym and communal gardens which are very nice. The flat is well built and I have a lovely terrace. There were a few peoblems with the terrace, such as water leakages, but they were handled quickly. I love the gardens because they are well maintained and well looked after, with nice plants.

The area is good. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and good transport links as well. My favourite pub is Rebel Inn, located on Streatham High road.

The gym is a bit smaller than I have expected.

Really good, no problems

No problems at all.

Building is maintained really well and the neighbours are problem free.

Nice little bit of greenery around the grounds and again well maintained.

The flat is spacious for London and very well finished (bought off plan but still noteworthy how nicely finished it is).

Needs more shops in the area, but transport is very good.

Quiet, bit of noise from the odd ambulance because it’s close to the hospital, and the planes from the airport but you get used to that quickly.

No not really.

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen is the best, whole flat really well finished.

High end, nice people

Great location for travel and shopping, good river views from above 7 floors. Nice people, high end place and great service by management. Some design flaws (high bathroom mirrors) and terrace could be nicer.

Dislikes: could be better design, no bin chutes

The design is not great, the bathroom mirror starts at 5 ft 2 which is too high

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are very useful, good as gold but ive made no complaints.

So far.. amazing!

Having only moved in for a day, there have been many positives! First of all, the apartment itself is designed beautifully with the bathroom in particular being gorgeous design-wise. The gym is very close by and provides all the necessary equipment needed for most gym enthusiasts. The building itself now is also very secure which gives my girlfriend and I peace of mind! In terms of dislikes, I haven’t really encountered any so far!

– The park locally is a very nice place to go to.
– The gym is close by and has everything!
– Development itself is very secure.
– Beautiful apartment

– None so far!

Having only moved in for a day, there hasn’t been anything yet.

What is the best feature of your home:

Having just moved in, I think the feature that stands out the most in my home is the bathroom.
