The interior design is delightful if you like the modern finish.

The interior design is delightful if you like the modern finish. The built-in facilities (kitchen area) are most in black and white, which may sound geometric and stern, but in reality, they can feel quite relaxing with a metropolitan sentiment. The building itself is lovely – aside from the elevator, it comes with old-fashioned spiral stairs, which probably will make you use them more frequently than expected.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

A reasonable living experience for the price. Traffic noise is almost unbearable for the first few nights if your flat is on the side of the building that faces Waterson street. I don’t drive, yet the parking lots seem to be sufficient. Bin collections are okay, though sometimes you may find they’re full and hard to put the trash bag in. Some services are no longer available during the lockdown, including the library area and gym.
The neighbourhood is lovely, 2 minutes walk to a petite grocery store with hand-picked essentials and food. There are also a lot of bars and restaurants with exotic cuisines nearby.
Most staff members are friendly and sensible. However, one of them broke into my door without ringing my doorbell first and acted with an air of inexplicit superiority. After that, I received no formal explanation or apology, which should be definitely marked and improved if Long & Waterson prides itself on providing luxury apartments with great service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the traffic noise and visit the apartment myself before making the decision.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would love the flat to have a better view. It has a vast window in the living room yet you can see nothing except the building squatted on the other side of the street. An enormous waste.
