Capital and Counties reviews

“Lillie Square is part of the Earls Court master plan, 77 acres of development into four ‘urban villages’, shops and offices by CapCo and the first section to be approaching completion. The rest of the master plan, over on the north side of the Lillie Road, is a good 10 to 15 years away. Residents should expect relentless lorries on the Lillie Road and a skyline dotted with cranes for so long they’ll miss them when they go, at which point there’ll be no missing 7,500 thousand new homes and 10,000 workers arriving every day” HomeViews Property Pro, Lillie Square

Lillie Square Development

The building is very modern and beautiful. There is an amazing clubhouse and gym which I really appreciate. However, the staff are not the best. They pressure you a lot tend to be somewhat disrespectful. This too is starting to improve but still some way to go. Very close to an ambulance station so good in case there are bad worst case scenarios.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Transport is good
There are buses and trains close as well as parking
There are nearby shops but the area isn’t too safe
Good development and it’s improving but still a long way to go

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is quite loud, which I wish I’d known beforehand. Knowing this, I would still have moved in since it is beautiful, but it sometimes is concerning, especially around 9am on weekdays.

Perfect city life

Lillie Square is the perfect example of a great city complex – who anyone would love to live at with the luxury facilities such as pool and jacuzzi + even a cinema room! Also, the service from staff is great, from my experience so far. Communication with landlord is also clear on both sides.

What i love about this development is the location – as it is local to train stations, other modes of transport and you have everything you need within walking distance! Which is perfect for me -clean, environment.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I could say to anyone thinking of moving here is to consider the busy lifestyle haha.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the pool as it is my form of relaxing.

Best swimming pool in Central London

I wish I have moved into this development sooner.
Its location is convenient with good transport network across London.
The Club House has a heated swimming pool which is tranquil with good daylight. The vitality pool is the biggest I have seen. The treatment rooms are relaxing and spacious. Did I mention the Himalayan salt wall in the sauna area? It is the detail that counts! I have been to many luxury spas in Central London. This is certainly better and I am happy that it is just at our door step. My parents enjoy the lounge area with complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate too!
Communal areas are immaculately maintained. All staff is attentive and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. 5 star hotel service. Certainly a hidden gem

Harwood arms for food and North End Road for fresh food

District line can be reliable

Fantastic development

I bought a single bedroom apartment which I will rent out until i return to the UK. The overall quality and standard of finish is of exceptional quality.
I rented out the apartment within a week of possession being taken and has since successfully rented it out without any gap.
The club house is superb and has all the facilities are brilliant.
