Caddick reviews

“Each apartment has its own private balcony space – a definite plus in the capital – with views over the local area and beyond. The average price per square foot is £641 for E14, so with 45 Millharbour sitting at around £762, it equates to an affordable option with a short commute for Canary Wharf workers.”HomeViews Property Pro on 45 Millharbour

Advertised as an iconic building seems extremely average to me.

Advertised as an iconic building seems extremely average to me. Poor service, poor fittings, poor lobby in comparison to designes they sell you with. Don’t be conned. Its a shame as they sell a dream but what you receive is overvalued with cheap furnishings.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Avoid, very poor service all the way. Very quick off their mark to get your money, once secured you are abandoned. Property management is the worst, the amount of money they take in for the service provided is diabolical and should be illegal.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Actual service charges, after care support, how the design looks nothing like advertised and was just graphics

What is the best feature of your home:

Location is the best thing about this place, close to station and other facilities.
