Lovely place to live

The address me and my partner live at is very clean and modern design and has everything we were looking for, we love the colour scheme inside and the overall layout and our garden is perfect size with a very helpful storage shed, other houses we viewed were also very nice and offer everything you could want for a home. There is also workers who maintain the surrounding area very often.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The area is lovely and has plenty to offer with a great local shop and local restaurants which never disappoint and we often walk in the area as there is plenty of natural open spaces great for dog walking.
Our street is very friendly and quiet the only noise we really get is children playing outside, parking is fine for ourselves but we often struggle for parking if we have visitors as there is not really any road space to park, bin collections could also be a bit better as we can’t simply leave our bin outside our front door like those opposite our address we have to take it further down the road as when we have left it on the end of our drive it has not been collected multiple times.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to have known the price of council tax on our property and a rough idea of gas and electric costs before moving in just to help with budgeting each month but this was not a big deal just would have been nice to know a rough idea.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had a couple minor issues when we first moved in and the management team were very helpful and did everything they could to help resolve our problems and even gave us compensation for an issue we had with our property

Very good

I recently moved into one of the properties managed by Allsop. The design of the place was meticulously thought out, and it was evident that user-friendliness was a top priority.

The property’s design met my expectations. It was clear that the developers had put a lot of thought into creating a space that caters to the needs and desires of their guests. Whether it was the well-appointed rooms, the ease of navigation within the property, or the amenities provided, everything was top-notch.

I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-designed, and user-friendly experience.

I was struck by the attention to detail in the property’s layout and amenities making for a seamless experience.

Trash and Recycling Services: To gain more insights about the trash and recycling pickup schedule and rules for my area to ensure I am following local guidelines.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Queries were attended to within 3-5 days. Workers seemed to be helpful.

Don’t think twice about moving to Houlton – Do it!

The design of the property is perfect. There are integrated appliances in the kitchen, everything has been built to a top spec. The property is also a smart property with a focus on sustainability which is tremendous.

Joe Gilman manages the property and he made the whole process smooth and seamless which helped a lot as moving home is stressful enough! Joe has been patient with my numerous inquiries and has resolved any queries that I’ve had immediately. He’s an absolute credit to the property management team, thanks Joe!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Houlton is a beautiful place. There is a local shop, school, gym and restaurant amongst other places within the area. The area is peaceful, the neighbours are friendly, the are is clean, the gardens are well kept and there is easy access to the motorway

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d have known about Houlton sooner! Sustainability and living in a peaceful environment are important to me so i couldn’t ask for more

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

All issues have been resolved almost immediately which is something that I have never experienced before.

Lovely new home

The property management has been exceptional. The efficiency and responsiveness during the moving-in process and ongoing maintenance are worth noting. The management’s attentiveness to our needs has greatly contributed to a positive living experience.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Living in my local area has been a pleasant experience. The streets are generally quiet, and the neighbors are friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The presence of a nearby gym and a local corner shop has been quite helpful for convenience. Additionally, the commute to Rugby train station, which offers direct links to both London and Birmingham, has been ideal for my work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t be put off by the ongoing building work. The builders are respectful and try to limit noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been exceptionally quick to respond to any problems or issues raised.
