Good – Transport links to london etc and on the doorstep of the motorway, shops, restaurants, take aways, parks and activities.
Bad – Anti social behaviour which is expected in town centre.

Please review your development:

Platform has been a hassle free living experience for me. You do pay extra for the convenience of living in town and staying in a modern building, but with that has come the privacy and security I want.
The development has a gym included, and other spaces that can be used.
The concierge team have been helpful with any of my questions or concerns.
The only negatives I have is the limitation on utility providers which provides no control and noise from other neighbouring apartments.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The utilities are managed on a commercial contract. There was a period where prices increased dramatically and price caps did not apply. That being said it was sorted eventually.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have not had any issues. There have however been some long standing issues related to the building, but there is regular attendance from contractors working on the building.

So this flat is close to every place bus restaurants what makes it a good place to live! Everything out o your door step bin collection is fine they provide a place for disposal the rubbish a lit traffic noise but is due to main Crawley Town Road

Please review your development:

The design of this flat is so well made even when I bring friends over they comment saying that looks like a nice Hotel I find quiet lovely the reception area the lounges with plenty of seats sofas nice big table so nice space
to bring friends over I’m just a bit disappointed when booking the lounge we cannot use the toilets what is frustrating as people have to be going up and down all the time and you not enjoying fully I love that we have a gym and a nice roof for the lovely days so I general very satisfied with this Flat the people from management they always there to help if there is any problem they always on the top of it sending emails to let us know the building itself not the best we’ll build as we used to rent a flat on 5th floor but it started to leaking inside our room we had to change flat and this still happens when raining we have leaking on toilet but this is a issue they trying to solve and always advising us the best options so we are content in here

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish we could move earlier 🙂 is such a nice place nice area I don’t have anything to say like even the staff. Always do some gathering on the lounge sometimes providing breakfast day pancakes day. Is so interesting not so many places do it at least the ones I’m aware that friends live in

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always on the top of the problems and sending emails to let us know the issues. Like with Internet connection sometimes water and they say how long will take 2.years ago we did not have water for the whole day and it was a heat have here. And they stay till late to provide bottle of water for everyone when needed so yeap they solve problems on time

Overall, an easy and convenient place to live

The location is great. It’s next to many shops and less than 10 minutes from the train station. There are also lots of local buses within a couple of minutes from the building. The main road the building it located on can be loud with noisy cars in the evening, and there are often people hanging out on the street at night.

Please review your development:

I like the design of the building- it is very modern and simple. The bathroom is a really good size for a one bedroom apartment and the built in wardrobe is great. The communal room is very smart too. There does need to be a better system for the parcel room. I like the gym and rooftop facilities.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew that the rent would increase so exponentially each year. I also wish I knew that groups of men tend to hang out near the building which has made me feel unsafe at night.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been many issues with stolen equipment or the a/c not working the gym. I have followed up several times with management and they’ve never apologised and don’t always acknowledge my whole email.

Great place to live, needs just some improvement on securety

So the location of the building I would say it is good considering the fact it’s Crawley, located on the Boulevard is right behind the main square, making the shopping very even for those whom do not own a car. Very well located to public trasports as there is a bus stop in just 1 minute walk from the building, and the train station in less than 10 minutes which there are direct trains to London for who commute to work and also direct trains to Brighton, and Portsmouth for summer trips by the coast.. the only down score is the fact that recently multiple times people managed to get into the building stealing the gym equipment, and literally destroyed the office glass making the experience unpleasant.. I think we should have a fixed security guard during the hours when the concierge office is closed.

Please review your development:

The building itself is quite modern and definitely modern compared with the rest in Crawley, having a communal area for socialising or having a party/ meeting is perfect, having a roof terrace is great in the summer adding another space to socialise or just being out door and still staying at home, the gym is perfect for those whom like to have some exercise Without having to go elsewhere l..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly I think the contract mentions regarding living in the building, I’m not sure this can be a question to the building, however if I knew how living in Crawley is, I have to say I would reconsider my choice.
“This is just my own opinion” as I can’t say I love Crawley, there are some positive aspect here for example, Tilgate Park, public transport, Exeter.. however the class of people living in this area isn’t the greatest in the country…

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Evey time I reported some issues regarding the building itself, it has been sorted immediately! So for me it a 5 stars.
