The building is excellent in terms of accessibility to shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces. There are not any problem.

Please review your development:

The design, facilities, and management are excellent. The reception are completely responsive and supportive.
However, in terms of facilities, I think placing kettles or an electric kettle in the kitchen or more entertainment tools such as Play Station and something like that can help improve the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Everything is very good and I think there are not anymore thing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Well-designed and peaceful social lounge with good amenities like a coffee machine, kitchen and pool table. Closets and storage space in the room are well designed. The management team of the building is also very responsive, respectful, and helpful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediate response. Also any problems can be raised via app.

Waitrose right opposite the door is very convenient. A range of restaurants and takeaways nearby which are handy to have. Close to both uni campuses and hospitals.

Please review your development:

The design is quite rustic chic. The rooms are well designed to optimise storage space. The management team are lovely and can help with most issues. The cinema room and coffee machine are nice extras. The gym is great but would benefit from a treadmill.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known about the daily activities. There are more than I’d expected which is great. I really enjoy nights like Gin and Wine night, and brownie night, which really encourage a sense of community.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always quick to respond to issues and try to resolve them. I think they are very fair and very helpful.
