-streets too narrow, reversing out drive is extremely difficult when visitors are in the street too.
-fairly quiet area, some noisy boisterous children.
-neighbours are friendly, some visitors are inconsiderate when parking over driveways.
-20 min walk to supermarket, 10 to doctors, chemist, community centre
– not too far from school.
-pavements are needed on main road up to estate as often have to walk on road which isn’t ideal.
-bin collecting easy,
-fairly central-close commute to city centre, or Broughty ferry/beach etc
-close to green open spaces, clothe drive to beaches/other open areas
-close drive to restaurants/bars
-taxis readily available
-noise from cars minimal from Main Street in development
-some noise from boisterous children down paths and pavements in developments.

Please review your development:

Overall design of our estate is positive, I am really happy with the layout of our home and outside image. I like how the homes don’t all look the same and the exteriors are different also.
The streets are however too narrow and this makes parking/driving/navigating the street difficult. Visitors can have some trouble when visiting due to this- the design of the street layout could have incorporated visitor parking/wider streets.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To plan out each rooms layout prior when buying so you can decide to move plug sockets etc in advance.

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the design of the kitchen incorporating the laundry zone- this has made an easier way of living, hiding away appliances with extra storage- without the need of an extra utility room.

Great area to stay at, lots of places to walk nearby and close to local shop. Public transport also nearby. The only downside I would say is parking availability on the street.

Please review your development:

Great value for money, with various extras included at no extra cost. Design of the houses are great and good finishing. Kept informed during the building and buying process. After care could not be better, any issues finished as soon as they arise.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The availability of parking for guests visiting my home isn’t the best

What is the best feature of your home:

The wardrobe space upstairs, along with the finishings of the kitchen.

Lack of visitor parking

Review Date Feb 2022

Very nice development only one issue is the lack of visitor parking this cause’s issue with cars parked on the street and pavements making it difficult to navigate the roads safely

Please review your development:

Design of the houses really nice well looked after site just lack of parking another issue is the shed that was supplied for storage was very poor and sub standard. The open spaces are well designed and maintained. More thought to be put into design of roads and off street parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None

What is the best feature of your home:

The area is beautiful, full of areas for walking; ideal for fans of walking. There are not many restaurants or shops in the vicinity but this is not a problem for us as we prefer peace and quiet. Public transport is within a five minute walk.

Please review your development:

The whole property is well thought-out, the location of the rooms is not accidental and we immediately liked it. Moreover, the facilities meet our requirements. What was important for us is the garden, which is large and gives the possibility to design it, taking into account the sunny area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighbourhood is quiet. Every neighbour is helpful and friendly.

What is the best feature of your home:

Location of property and arrangement of rooms in the building.
